Great little spot on Bainbridge just above the ferry terminal. Excellent wine selection, reasonable prices and tastings. Jeff, the owner knows wine and makes great recommendations.

I reserve 1 and 2 star ratings because I look at the place as a whole and the odds of everything tanking to the point of such a low rating is exceptional… and this is one of those places. This is where the owner really needs to select their staff wisely. To be fair, we chose the lower tasting after the sommelier was visibly irritated we woke him from his nap. Zero conversation-to the point of literally staring straight through is when we attempted to create conversation. Wine mediocre. Atmosphere=terrible. Don’t bother the walk from the harbor.

Great décor! Love Star Wars. Also great customer service, thanks! I had a glass of the Chardonnay and my wife had another white. Our friends did the wine flight. Great deal! Cool music and atmosphere. If you’re wine tasting in bainbridge, go here!

Expensive and poor uninterested service. Nice wine though. If you want good wine but don’t care about service, knowledge or personality… check it out. I personally am used to some engangement from the staff. This guy was borderline pric…

This wine shop is within walking distance of the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal. If you’ve ever missed a ferry and had to wait for the next one, I think you’ll understand what I’m saying. This is the closest place to have a drink, buy a bottle of wine, browse a selection of Star Wars action figures… Wait, what? It turns out the owner is a huge Star Wars fan, and in addition to stocking a large selection of top wines, he also has lots of action figures for sale.(Power of the Force Vintage, all in original packaging). But wait… I thought we were tasting wine? We are! A tasting will set you back $ 15 for only three varieties. A little steep, but you can also just order a glass(they have a few tables you can sit at, under an inflatable Millennium Falcon). They also have a selection of cold bottled beer and cigars, if you’d rather head back to your vehicle while you wait for the next boat. The shop keeps short hours, so if it’s after 7:00, you’ll be out of luck. May the Pour be with you!

Overpriced. The sommelier was uninterested and vague regarding products. Wine tasting of 3 reds was $ 15 dollars.

Took the ferry to Bainbridge just to take a ferry. Ended up here since it was probably the first place we saw. Owner was playing solitaire on his computer when we entered. There’s a good number of wines that they have here for tasting. I believe it was $ 8 for 3 tastes(red or white) and he pretty much explains each one then lets you go about your business. Nice spot to be at if you just want to kill an hour or two before taking the ferry.

Came in just before Christmas and I was very impressed with the layout. Wines are arranged so its easy to skim through, it was perfect red wine temperature in the shop. I could grab a bottle ready for drinking pronto. As I shopped for my nephew I overheard the shop owner talking to a customer and he sounded very competent and helpful. So, when the customer left I was helped right away. I had picked out a very nice leather wine tote that had space for 2 bottles. The tote was unique as it had linen napkins along with my personal favorite style corkscrew, heavy bottle stopper and plastic glasses. The owner helped me pick out two bottles of red and I was on my way. In and out in about 15 minutes right before the holiday, which is my style of shopping. Easy parking, fair prices and professional service.

Great shop on BI. Not too large, but they have a wide variety on the selection. The staff is very knowledgable, extremely helpful and always willing to assist. They have multiple wine tasting events and the weekend is always a good time to taste multiple types of spirits. The cost tend to be fair esspecially for the value. Cheers.

Jeff is incredible, knowledgeable, friendly and love to chat about wine, Bainbridge or whatever is on your mind. He offers a free wine tasting every Friday and has a very awesome heart. He donated his time, wine and money to a Toys For Tots event and is a believer in supporting the community. If you get a chance on a sunny day, stop in and say hello. He’ll find something to meet your tastes and budget!

I’ve been to this wine shop a few times, and I have always been impressed with the well thought out selection. The way I see it, I can take a chance picking up a bottle of whatever is being promoted at the grocery store… OR… I can go to an actual wine shop where the owners are putting their reputation on the line with every bottle of wine they offer. They stock a wide variety of wines from all over the world and something in whatever price range you had in mind. Unless, you want something for two bucks, and in that case you’re going to have to drive down to California. I’ve never done the tasting, but I’ve been meaning to… they do wine flights at the little bar straight through the front door. I noticed they recently added a couple of neon signs advertising that they also have beer and cigars. Smart thinking — now there’s something for everyone.
