After spending $ 900 their tailor had to alter my pants twice. Still don’t fit right. After wearing a pair of pants once, the seam on the leg opened up 3 inches. Bring them back to get fixed and they won’t fix it without me getting them dry cleaned first. Said it’s a healthcode issue. For a place that likes to make their prices up on the fly for ok suits… just lost a customer forever. Just fix the damn pants.

This is the rudest store I have ever dealt with. I would recommend never going here!

I can’t even explain how illiterate these people are. My groom walked in with an appointment (booked online) and from the «are you sure it was this store?» we knew we were in trouble. We looked through a book and selected 3 styles we were interested in seeing for tux rental. We got a «you want to try a jacket?» The first style sample was not available in my guy’s size, so instead of trying on the closest size, they had him try on something that was his size. When I asked if he would try on the rest of the ensemble, I was blankly stared at. What about other styles? No response. Putting our information into the computer was another debaucle. It never happened, and when the sales rep asked for help from the other sales rep, she said «I’m the worst at computers» and told us we should come back on a Saturday because that’s when the store manager is in and he «took a 3 day course on that stuff.» So much time wasted and we achieved absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service from someone who was apparently «district manager» of the Woodbury location.

This use to be a great store. I use to get suits and dress shirts here. But the last few times I went in I was never given assistance for finding my items. The store is always empty and they had 3 associates on. They probably thought I didn’t look the part all dressed up. Definitely would rather travel to brooks brothers instead. 10 mins away.

I love Jos. Bank’s clothing but I will never go to this store again. I will drive the extra 10 miles. I waited 30 minutes while trying to find the pants I wanted. No one ever asked if I wanted help. I made 3 trips to the dressing room and was never helped. I will buy it all online.
