This is not my favorite Dunkin. :-( It’s small. It doesn’t feel very nice inside. I think the store itself just has an odd layout. An odd flow.(If you believe in feng shui then maybe you’ll get what I’m trying to say.) It’s OK to stop in and grab a quick cup of coffee but given the choice I think I would choose a different location.

For a Dunkin Donuts, I am surprised that the quality of food and service was mediocre. This was my first time to this location and also my last. I stopped by at 10:30 am for breakfast on a Saturday morning. On the menu, combo # 7 was for a ham, egg, cheese on English Muffin, Hash Brown and Medium hot coffee for $ 5.79. I was charged individually for each item and the sub total was $ 5.91. I told the cashier this was wrong and he said«tax» was included, which I corrected him and told him tax was $ 0.51 for my total of $ 6.42. So, I overpaid by 12 cents. The cashier shrugged and said he would tell the manager when he saw him. In other words, nothing he could do. I left with my food. The hash browns were soggy and the breakfast sandwich was dry. Coffee was ok. I am concerned because, although it is 12 cents, it is fraud. The store advertised the combo for one price and charged another. This added another penny to the tax for a total of 13 cents. I wonder how many customers they did this to. Most people probably don’t look at their receipt that carefully. The cashier either needed more training; he probably didn’t know what to do when I told him. Pennies add up. I am sure the cashier didn’t get paid any more than his minimum wage, so the owner makes the additional profit, multiplied by the number of people they defrauded. CHECK at your receipt! I completed my «telldunkin.com» survey and gave them the above information. Not sure what they will do with it, as I don’t think I will ever go to this place again. There are plenty of other places that provide good FOOD and good SERVICE for a much better value. I charged this to my VISA card, so I am thinking of contesting my 13 cents. Not because it is 13 cents, but I am mad because they charged the wrong price AND the food was not up to Dunkin Donuts’ standards… the whole experience left me with a bad taste.

Possibly the worst dunkin donuts out there, incorrectly made drinks, often out of most items on there menu by 2pm.

Had been going to this Dunkin regularly since it is close to my house. I am on weight watchers and had been counting my points for my latte lite every time. Until one day I realized that they were never following the lite formula. Instead, they were adding regular caramel instead of the sugar free — found this out when they were out of stock of the regular caramel. «We only have sugar free.» «Isn’t that what’s in the lite anyway?» «Yes.» The taste was awful. When I voiced my concerns to the girl at the counter, she proceeded to say that she always makes the drinks right and the other associates just do whatever they want. This is not good for people counting calories. No wonder I wasn’t losing pounds staying under my points! What also sucks is the amount of waste. I ordered egg whites on the wake up wrap and they burned it, TWICE. The first they threw away, the second they served to me. I won’t be back and neither will the woman on line behind me who’s order they also messed up.

This is the worst dunkin that I have ever been to in my entire life. They always burn the egg sandwiches here. Usually they burn the eggs, today they burnt the croissant. How hard is it to operate a toaster oven? never returning to this location. Also, don’t order a wake up wrap from this location because it looks like an egg had an abortion on a tortilla.
