Bubble Boutique & Learning Center

A super cute children’s store in Babylon Village! They recently completely reorganized the inside, which makes it a bit more stroller friendly. If you have a baby shower to go to, or the birthday of a young child, this is a great place for a unique present. They have fun toys, blankets, small little lovies and ADORABLE clothing. They have super cute boys clothes, and as a momma of a little dude, it’s nice to see. It’s easy to find a cute girl outfit, but not so easy to find a good assortment for boys. Only thing about Bubble — some items are pretty pricey and not within my budget. HOWEVER — they do have some reasonably priced clothing and toys.
We haven’t taken a class here yet so I can’t speak to that, but I’d be interested in taking a class here when my guy is a bit older and would get something out of it. Looks like they have some mommy and me classes that would be fun. Maybe in the spring or summer we will sign up.
There is street/​metered parking, but you may be better off parking in the Carriage House lot and walking across the street. FYI the muni lot is 2 hours free parking.

Just a warning if you sign up for an event: they cancelled 4 hours before the class. With 4 people signing up at $ 45/​each they should have hosted it anyway. This was my first dealings with this business and it left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I had my daughter’s Birthday party here. This place was very expensive. The idea was to have arts and crafts, and they displayed ceramic crafts. But you get paper and wood crafts for the price. which is a bit cheesy. It cost $ 475 for twelve kids. Balloons, food for adults, and cupcakes for adults are extra. Plus gratuity puts this over $ 600 for a party that is 1 hour and a half. And to top it off three people are there to help out the kids with everything. NOT!!! These «Helpers» stand there watching, and never help. The parents helped the kids with everything. This is a waste of money. I would NOT recommend this place.

Can’t speak for the classes but hosted a birthday party at Bubble and the kids had a great time. Each child went home with crafts they made during the party and a small bag of corresponding goodies. The party pros were terrific and good at keeping things focused and on track (as much as possible for 3 year olds). A bit pricey but worth it.

I really wish to give ZERO STARS BC this place doesn’t even deserve ONE STAR. I was invited by another mom for a play date here the cost for the class was $ 30 we were in the messy book class. Which from their website says they will be playing and getting messy with new and innovative materials… They will be provided smocks and the staff will cleanup. As well as it will be narrated with a picture book NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED — this is what happened. We got there at 10:10 the class was just starting ((it supposedly started at 10. We paid our $ 30 entrance fee for ONE CHILD. We did not receive an apron or smock– with which we left with dirty wet clothes. They proceeded to have 3 buckets across the floor for the kids to play with. And what were they filled with ??? SNOW. ((This was a few months ago)). Yes they filled buckets with snow. Gave the kids a paint brush and some water color dye and glitter and had them sit there and PAINT SNOW! additionally my child requires some redirection to follow along with the group. None of which was assisted by the staff member. The class was not narrated with a picture book. We never saw any books. And when the class was over JUST 30min later. (the entire class was just shy of 40 min we were 10 min late) guess who cleaned up??? The kids and the parents !!! So for a $ 1 a minute my kid got to play with snow ??? So ladies next time u wanna go waste ur money here… U can call me up… We can play at my house with snow for $ 30 per kid. I would be more than happy to host!!! This place is a bunch of crooks. I regret even giving them my money would have felt better about flushing it down the toilet …
