Blumenthal & Rogers DDS PC

The staff at this establishment one in particular the office manager (as she called herself) was extremely RUDE and immature for a 50 something year old woman. I had an appointment that they lost that i had booked 4 months in advance– when i got there she said no u dont have an appt sorry you are making it up – nothing i can do come back in May (3 months away) when i waited 4 months to get this… umm yes ms i went out of my way to make up that particular day and time — IF i was making up an appt i woould have gone 4 months ago– shemimicked and mocked me like a 4 year old the whole time — it was actually quite sad how inappropriate she acted, i feel bad she probably hates her life if her BIG dream was to become a recpetionist lol… sorry– not sorry. Because of the ill treatment and customer service i had recieved i have formerly left this dentist office — i wonder if Dr. Rogers or Dr. Blumenthal know they have a woman at their front desk who treats their patients with such utter disregard and disrepect. I was astonished how a 50 something year old woman could treat a 29 yr old girl who is 6months pregnant this way. I am happy to report i have left and went down the block to another Babylon Village dentist and i am looking forward to freindly and respectful treatment.
