Our drive through worker was this blonde thin high school girl who works Monday evenings. When we mentioned that the tacos were basically empty(so empty, just a little spot of meat and cheese at the bottom) and that usually when we eat there the tacos are filled up she was very rude and sassy about it and condescendingly informed us «Yes well whoever’s been been filling up your tacos, they’re going to get in trouble now.» WOWWWW It seems like this location doesn’t care about training their employees about basic customer service etiquette, like being NICE. I’ve never had a fast food employee behave that way before, including other Taco Bell locations. Guess I’ll stick with Saginaw.

I go here whenever I pass through. I’m a big time Taco Bell junkie and this is one of my favorite restaurants! The team is super friendly and my food is always perfect!

This is an update to my first review. Now dropping to a 1-Star from the original 2-Stars. This location has got to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. The employees that I’ve interacted with hate their job and it shows. Rude! This location needs the show Undercover Boss to come visit. For if it did, there would be some managers out of a job. I’ve been here 3-times and each time it’s a different issue. Here’s the latest. Stopped through the drive through. Got my order, not a «thank-you» or anything and the window closes. I had to honk for them to take notice. When the woman came to the window I asked the woman, «Can I please get some sauce because the woman before her just closed the window and never asked.» Her rude response, «We can’t ask you that.» And shut the sliding window. Wait… I know we’re in a drought. But heaven forbid that the great sauce shortage should take place. Whatever will we do? I’ll give you that maybe the policies of sauce(which is hilarious by itself) might have changed, how about a little customer service when you speak to your, you know, your customer. You know the reason why you’re able to work at the job you hate in the first place. Oh, that’s right, I forgot this isn’t Chick-fil-A who actually cares about their customers. Keep driving to Lake Worth. So worth the extra 8-minute commute.
