«Reliable» Bob Williams has been interested in construction and remodeling since he built forts & tree houses as a child. One summer while earning his master’s in business administration from the Simon School of Business in Rochester, NY, Bob lived with his brother Dave, who had just purchased a tug boat. In exchange for room & board, Bob worked with Dave to build a galley, bathroom, bedroom & living areas on the shell of the old tugboat. «My experience remodeling the tugboat gave me hands-on experience a can-do attitude towards home renovations. I learned how to build, solve problems, how to do simple plumbing & electrical installations & repairs.» Bob pursued a corporate career for 24 years, supporting his wife & four children, two of whom have worked for Red Oak Renovations. During that time he & his wife, chief marketing guru for the company, owned four houses, where Bob renovated 2 kitchens and built 2 bathrooms.
