I’ve been grooming dogs since I was 7 years old. I’ve been certified in all breed of dogs and cats. I’ve done show grooming and I’m always trying to learn and improve my skills. There is nothing I’d rather do for a living and I feel fortunate to be able to do what I love even after all these years

Cheap, but the place does feel run down and messy. They do take credit cards and the staff is somewhat friendly.

Good central location in Ayer, but this place is disgusting. There is clutter and dog hair everywhere. You can see trash on the floor by just looking through the front window. Although the person inside was nice, I could not get to the point of making an appointment because the store was nasty. To me the filthy appearance of the business indicated that they would not take good care of my dog. Would highly suggest not taking your dog there.

I’ve been taking my cats and dog to Pampered Pets for at the past 15 years. The owner is extremely friendly and she goes above and beyond to make customers satisfied. The entire staff is very experienced at grooming all breeds of dogs and cats, and they do an amazing job every time! Gotta love the little scarfs that are put on each pet after being groomed. Also, the pet sitting services are absolutely fabulous too; there are no kennels. My dog loves going to Pampered Pets and so do I.
