Paid to lease a horse here in May of 2013, management was inconsistent at best. Hay during winter was old and not available to some horses. Several sick horses on property. No posted costs so ever boarder pays a different amount. Stalls not cleaned everyday. My experience is over a year time frame– poor management and lack of service is the main reason to go elsewhere.
