Pharmacy is always great I went to Walgreens because I was feeling a little under the weather and thought it would be good to stock up on some over the counter medicine. As I was looking for the items I needed to purchase I was asked if I needed assistance and if I found everything I was looking for. It’s nice to see people go out of theory way to make sure your shopping expeirence is positive. After selecting some over the counter medicines I walked around the store and purchased juice, a few snacks, and even a «as seen on tv» item or two. Walgreens is a great place to grab exactly what you need any time of the day of night and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I usually go to the Walgreens on 107th& Indian School, but I had just left Urgent Care with my prescriptions and thought this location would be more convenient. What a mistake! There was a long line at the pharmacy and I was standing there with flu symptoms(fever, chills, body aches) waiting as patiently as I could. When I finally got up to the counter, the pharmacy tech asked if it was OK that my prescriptions would be ready at 11AM the next day. I don’t think so! Time is of the essence with Tamiflu… He told me they are backed up and suggested going to 107th& Indian School. I knew I should’ve gone there in the first place! I felt so miserable and just wanted my flu medication… I started crying as we walked out of the store. Never coming back to this Walgreens for anything.

Sitting here in pain because the pharmacy is «backed up.» On the way home from having major surgery, we stopped by this store to get my prescription for a pain medication filled. While I waited in the car, my husband went in and was told my Rx wouldn’t be ready for at least 3 hours. The medication I was given at the hospital is wearing off and now i get to sit here, trying to be responsible and rest, but finding it hard to do so because of the pain. I’ve worked retail for many many years, and I can completely understand these things are sometimes beyond our control. But this pharmacy has showed a complete lack of compassion and/or concern. Way to excel at customer service. Last time I use Walgreens to fill a Rx or purchase anything for that matter.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a medication ready in less than 60 minutes here. In their defense, it does get quite busy, but still… 1 – 2 hours’ wait shouldn’t be the norm. That said, Stacie and Laurie(pharmacists) have always been helpful.

I’ve used the pharmacy at this location many many times. Stacie is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Very pleasant, kind and helpful. The store, I have no complaints. It is a very busy store, and they try to minimize your time waiting in lines. Can’t complain at all!

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever! Rx are never correct and they are never filled in the time frame.

Bad location to get your drugs from. Never pleased with their pharmacy drive thru. Long lines and longer waiting. The pharmacist helping us at the time, was probably the cause for the long waiting period. She kept telling us to hold on then she’d come back after several minutes and ask how she could help again??? After finally purchasing our order, she forgot to give us back our credit card. We then had to convince her that we didn’t receive it and that it had to be somewhere in her reach. After she found it in her possession, she still found it hard to believe that she could forgot nonetheless misplace our card, but we didn’t find it hard to believe. We will not be getting our pharmaceuticals from here again. We’ll find another Walgreens location next time around.

This Walgreens has most incompetent pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. They promise to fill your prescription and when they can’t they tell you they will call you back about it and never do.

Pharmacist was extremely rude. When i asked her a yes or no question her answer was«right right right right right ok have a good day.» And she hanged up. No any other questions or concerns. Last time i do business here. And yes it was the pharmacist not a tech.

The clerk told me I couldn’t bring my service dog in, even after I informed her she was a service dog. Another customer said to me, «How do I know she’s a service dog? Can’t I just bring my dog in? It seems like a good trick.» Offended, I tried to remain calm, and replied, «There must be a prescribed medical need for a service companion, and it must perform a service.» I asked for the manager, and explained the situation, and she replied, «Usually service dogs wear vests.» I let her know that ADA laws do not require the animal to wear any discernible markings, and employees are allowed to ask two questions: 1) ISTHAT A SERVICEDOG? 2) WHATSERVICESDOESITPERFORM? Ironically I was here to pick up a prescription for my service pet. The pharmacist recognized me, and was very kind. The pharmacy staff are the only reason why I’m giving a two stars. If it was just a pharmacy experience, I’d give 5 stars. I was going to make several purchases here tonight, but my dog and I are always welcomed without question at CVS, so my business is going there. I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for 5 years. I’ll miss Stacie. My dog’s purpose is to lessen my anxiety, and being treated as I was, only upset me. It was at the very least a disappointing experience. I surely can’t be the only person with a disability coming to a PHARMACY.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I would never recommend getting your prescriptions filled here. The pharmacists don’t communicate, nor do they care to do their job. Whatever happened to the 1 hour promise time? Yeah, try waiting 2 hours and having your prescription still not ready! It wasn’t even all there! I can’t believe the lack of customer service by these incompetent employees. Is every business doomed lately?! I’d fire them all and hire people off the streets who may have actually read a book and don’t waste thousands of dollars on an education they could care less to utilize! I’ve met bums with a higher education level and motivational drive. Do your job, and stop pacing back and forth waiting for someone to tell you to do it!

The cashiers are typically busy but always willing to say«welcome» and«thanks for coming in» with a genuine smile. I typically only come here for the RedBox and pharmacy in which we have always had good service.

Pharmacy staff is incompetant and rude. My 10 month old needed a script badly and I had spoken to this pharmacy at 9:30am…after dealing with rude and disorganized staff most of the day they finally said my script would be ready at 5:30. Sure enough after dragging my sick baby over there it wasn’t ready. They told me to come back at 7:00 which I did and it still wasn’t ready… he saw me coming and rushed to the back to get it ready . I would go to any other pharmacy given the choice and WILLNOT go back to this location again.

The pharmacy is a joke. It doesn’t take a lot of different insurances and after dropping off a prescriptions you will get a voice mail message saying your medications is ready when it really isn’t ready. I had this happen no less then 5 times. Even when I call the pharmacy a operator in Florida will frequently take the call for a pharmacy that is just feet from my home. Some of the employees and the petite female pharmacist is very rude and speaks down to the customers. Not the best customer service.

Review only for the Pharmacy. Always friendly and fast service at the Pharmacy. Scary that they know us by name!!! Have been going to this Walgreens for the last 5 years. Hardly any problems, if there is one they take care of it immediately.
