Fantastic selection of bikes from all price ranges. Great, knowledgeable staff that solved my issue and got me back in the road very quickly.

Just came back from getting a tune up and new tire for a road bike. As usual, the shop staff was amazing from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. What I appreciate with them is that I totally trust them. Every time I’ve come in, they are honest, friendly, and help me find what I’m looking for. I always feel like they are looking out for my best interest and are happy to have me as a customer. When picking up my bike today, they told me the full tune up wasn’t needed so they charged me less. What other place would do that? Thanks guys and as usual, the bike works great and look forward to many more visits to a great shop! Make sure you give them your business for any of your bike needs no matter how big or small. You’ll never be disappointed!

Well it was nice to go to a bike shop that was clean, well orginized, bright, and had staff that apprently had some training in customer service, and were knowledgable about what they sold.
This was my first trip to this shop and I was totally impressed. Apparently they are sponsoring a Teck Factory demo in a couple of weeks at one of the local parks. Had I not stopped there today I would have not know about the factory demo.
Planning on going to tryout one of the upper end road bikes. Who knows maybe I will add another ride to my stable.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff
I have never purchased a bike from Trek Bicycle Sotre of West Phoenix. However, I brought my nephews bike in for a repair. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. The products are top notch. Even the lowest priced items are of very high quality.
I highly recommend this store if your looking to purchase or repair a existing bicycle. The next time I am in the market to purchase a bivcycle, Trek is where I will go.

Location & Aesthetics — Located in Avondale just off of McDowell Road.
It’s a little difficult to find amongst the many different stores in the strip mall but once you find Frazee Paint then it’s opposite.
There’s lots of available space and parking.
The store is spacious and well lit with lots of maneuverability throughout.
Service — The staff was very nice, friendly, warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the days.
I came in to have my road bike serviced. After our move here to Arizona, the bike got pretty banged up en route.
I explained what the issues were and what I wanted to have done. The bike was taken, assessed and immediately I was given a price for the repairs/​service which was very reasonable.
I was also shown various products/​accessories I needed to have replaced. There wasn’t any pressuring sales tactics.
When I left I was told that my bike would be ready by tomorrow however about 30 minutes after I left the store, I got a call stating that the bike was already serviced with the necessary minor repairs made.
I was really impressed with the speed of service offered here.
Despite being told that I could pick up the bike tomorrow, I still have to wait for an item to be ordered from another one of their satellite stores in California so I opted to leave it there till the item came in.
I really do like the feeling knowing that my bike (Trek) was being taken care of by the people who have the same name over the store — Trek!
Most definitely will be returning here for continued service with them.

Incredible service!
We went in 20 mins before closing & the gentleman suggested a thicker tire tube for our STROLLER, (yes, our stroller) & we of course said yes. We were out of the store in 12 minutes, headed straight to the park! Great prices too!

Their customer service is amazing! We came in for a kickstand for our young son’s new bike. We left with the new kickstand installed, air in the tires, and the training wheels off. The bike was ready to ride. I haven’t experienced such amazing customer service in a long time.

No better bike shop in the Valley. Attentive reasonably priced and lightening fast repairs if you need em. Highly recommend!

Stopped by here out of curiosity, and while I made it clear that I was just looking for the day, the staff were happy to answer any questions I might have. They’re very knowledgeable of their products and helped me figure out what features to look for when choosing a bike for the type of riding I want to get into. Their prices seem reasonable for the quality. I just might come here when it comes time to make my purchase…

Great place with lots of friendly service men. The prices are not that bad & they can even order something if they don’t have it in the store. BF was looking for a new bike but didn’t want to pay more than $ 700 for One. They showed him 3 in the store & recommended a Cooke for $ 500 that they can order. They gave positive reviewers about the bikes they were showing him so there was no pressure to spend more than or budget.
Treks are great bikes & they do have some affordable for beginners.

Took my madone in the day after it arrived from Australia. Rusty put the handlebar and pedals together, did a once over, checked the chain and gears and breaks, and ensured wheels are OK. Simple yet excellent service with no fuss. Service with a smile goes a long way. Highly recommend, bought helmet just because of their great service.

We bought two basic hybrid bikes from this place about a year ago, along with some accessories and a pump. They were helpful, no hard sell, and we could tell they were giving us what was good enough for our needs, not necessarily the most expensive we could afford. Have gone back in a few times to switch out some accessories and they have been extremely helpful. Even brought back our pump back in — more than 6 months after the original sale — to replace the head (it was plastic and had just broken) and they replaced it for free, said it should have lasted longer so they upgraded us to a metal head and even put it on for us. Very impressed with their professionalism, service and quality. If you’re looking for a bike or accessories or service on your bike, you’ll be well taken care of.

I Know, I know, it’s Trek, it’s supposed to cost alot. The cost is not what got me riled up over this particular store though. My wife and I had shopped around, checked out the Specialized dealer a little further up Dysart, checked out the selection at WalMart… checked a few other places… and she decided she liked a particular bike at the Trek store on Dysart and McDowell… $ 599 + tax + a little more for a bottle holder and a kickstand… I was fine with that though, cause it was what my wife wanted and it was her birthday. Happy wife equals Happy life… So, I came back to the store a few days later, on a Saturday around noon, my wife was at work and I had my 3 and 4 year old boys with me… I showed the salesman the quote he had given me a few days earlier and talked with him for a few moments about the bike. It was then that my 3 year old stared up at me while standing with his legs crossed and said he had to go pee. When a 3 year old tells you he has to go pee, 99% of the time you have just a minute or two to get him to a bathroom. I noticed two grey doors behind the counter on each side of the room, one said MEN above it and I assume the other one used to say LADIES. I asked the salesman if my 3 year old could use their bathroom and was shocked at his response. He said «No, you will have to take him to the Circle K across the parking lot».
If you live in Phoenix, I’m sure you will remember the outrageous storm that took out power lines on Greenway around 59^th ave and dumped ungodly amounts of rain all over the valley… well, it was that Saturday. The bottom had not quite fallen out of the storm yet, but it was just starting to rain as this salesman tells me to take my 3 year old to the Cirlce K across the parking lot to go pee, cause they don’t allow anyone but employees use their bathroom. I looked at him and asked him if he was serious, and he was. So I had no choice but to take my boys to go do their business, came back wet and hopping mad… I asked to see the manager. The manager just confirmed that their bathrrom was for employees only. Strange as it was, here they were about to lose a near $ 700 sale and the manager stood firmly behind his employee. By then, the rain was coming down like the flood of the century, I pointed at it and asked the manager if he seriously didn’t have a problem with sending me and my two kids out in that and risk losing a near $ 700 sale and he just said sorry, that’s how it is. I grabbed my boys by their hand and walked outside under the cover of the ‘porch’ until the rain died down enough to where we could get into our car, about 5 – 10 minutes. I then got on my phone and googled every bike shop in the valley and called them all… I didn’t care, I was prepared to go all the way to Mesa or Scottsdale if I had to. Unfortunately, nobody had the bike that my wife wanted, and her birthday party was that evening, so I had to go back in the store and proceed with the purchase… My wife is very happy with the bike, but it’s really strange that they would go to the lengths that they did in order to keep my three year old from using their bathroom, makes me wonder what they are hiding in there. Not only did they risk losing a sale, they had no problem with forcing me to take my 3 and 4 yr olds out into the rain just so the 3 yr old could go pee.

I looked at three shops before I purchased my mountain bike from these guys. They are the most professional and knowledgeable shop that I have been to. Any question that I had about their bikes or competitors they were able to answer. A week after I purchased the bike they called me to make sure everything was working properly. I look forward to doing more business with this shop!

This place RULES!!! I was looking for some decent mountain bikes for my wife and me so I emailed these guys on a whim on a Sunday evening. Brian from the shop (one of the owners) emailed me back within about 15 minutes. I’m in retail management and was blown away by this. Anyway, we emailed back and forth for a week or so, he got me approved for the Trek Credit card and finally I came in to test a few out. Brian was there to meet me and he and Ramon helped us find some bikes. We bought a couple of $ 949 bikes but they treated us like we were buying $ 10,000 bikes. They’re real people, they don’t take themselves too seriously, they’re not bike snobs, they have a beautiful shop and it was just flat-​out bad ass buying some cool gear from these guys. $ 2,000 is a lot of money to me but I felt super comfortable spending it here.

These guys are top notch mechanics that always go out of their way to provide quick service. Really affordable pricing for maintenance too. Always enjoy riding with them at the WVC rides! Thanks for introducing me to cycling guys!

Bought our daughter’s first bike here. Nice, knowledgeable folks. I’m no bike expert but we did have a very good experience here.

When I was looking to purchase a bicycle for my 4 year old daughter over a year ago I decided that I wanted something that was going to last. I didn’t want to purchase a new bike every other year. I went to Trek because it’s a small business and I personally prefer to deal with small businesses in the area.
A year and a few months later her training wheels are ready to come off! I went in to get them removed but the store had been closed for an hour. Since I saw a few employees in there I decided to knock. The owner came out and I explained to him that my 5 year old daughter was crying since she was looking forward to riding her big girl bike. He removed the wheels and made a 5 year old and her mom very happy. I believe that quality and good customer service will always bring repeat business and these guys are the real deal! Thanks!

WOW, these guys are offering a service that is second to none!
We are new to Goodyear and after a couple of rides we seemed to have picked up several thorns in our tires. We just inquired about upgrading the tubes and they just said to bring in the bikes. Not only did they have the special sizes we needed but they installed a liner as well and did it right away. No charge for labor, unbelievable, we will be back for any other things we need.

As a commuter cyclist my bike NEEDS to work every day, 100 miles a week and 5,000 miles a year. So when I snapped my rear deraileur (shift) cable it was an emergency in my world. The Spesh store where I bought my Allez, sadly, has closed.
I’ve heard talk on the street of a high quality shop in Avondale. The bike, stuck in top gear, limped it’s way to the Trek Store first thing Sunday morning. Never having been a customer before and riding another brand bike, I was at their mercy. I didn’t even have an apointment. I was stressed out!
After calming me down-​LOL! They instantly started working and soon found it to be quite complicated. The frayed cable end was stuck inside the shifter/​brake and also jammed it deep inside the mechanism. At several moments the entire team was working on and consulting about it. I reminded them I only have $ 100 on me so not to go over that and I don’t have enough for a new $ 250 shifter either. They put well over an hour (maybe two) into it with several techs involved. Yes, they were able to fix it saving the shifter. Two cables were also replaced. All is working great again!
I figured they would take my full $ 100 since it took hours of labor time from multiple techs plus cables, housings, yada yada yada. I was shocked that they only charged the standard cable replacement fee. It was so low that I said it’s not even fair– for them! They said keeping me on the road is all they care about. I gave a tip and soon after came back to put a deposit on one of those fancy carbon bikes. With service like this– I’ll be sticking around for the long haul.
It’s all about the bike.
