Not recommended, poorly run company. I know of several realtors that refuse to do business with them. Do your research before choosing who to go with before you buy or rent. From what I observed they’re in it for the money and that’s about it, poor customer service which what counts in this line of business.

Jeff always answers his phone and replies to his emails promptly. l’m the Realtor that got him in touch with the (investor) homeowner. He thoroughly inspected the property and listed it the day we closed escrow. Within days he found a highly qualified tenant. The home rented for more than I estimated. We met Jeff at the home, he showed us the online system his company uses, it’s very convenient and effective. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. (You’ll appreciate his business-​like appearance too, NOT your usual Arizona shorts and flips-​flops business attire). His full service fees are among the lowest in the area. I will definitely recommend him to all my investor clients.

Jeff does not return phone calls or emails. When there are so many friendly and eager agents out there willing to go above and beyond, why settle for someone who doesn’t have time for you. Missed out on a great property due to avoidance of communication. Might want to think twice before moving forward with 3rd Base Realty…
