The update. The gentleman that helped us was very cordial and helpful. He took his time to make sure that the damage was correct. He inspected in places I would not had thought of. Was pleased with his service.

I was hit by a taxi and they fixed my car asap. The damage was over 5,000. They sent email updates and text messages. The staff was friendly and I like the fact that they give you a warranty on there service. I would recommend them to anyone

My car was keyed all around at Cabela’s (we assume randomly) and we have GEICO insurance. Unable to find recommendation for body shop, we chose this place because they have on-​site GEICO rep and «priority» treatment, also great reviews on Unilocal & Google. I had to wait for about 2 hours to estimate (not entirely the shop’s fault, it just the GEICO’s agent poor time management) and he said that it will take about a week. I decided to drop it off first thing in the morning the following Monday in bid to get full 6 days of work on it. So, third day the tech in charge (I forgot his name) update us with the progress, he said it should be finished as scheduled. It was not finished on the 7^th day (Monday the following week), he said there delays because of manpower, he estimated it will be ready on Wednesday, but no guarantee. Guess what? The car still not ready. He said he will try to finish it by Friday, oh no, Siree! It was not done. So the following Monday I tried to contact him a couple of times, no call backs. After being delayed 3 times, I decided to escalate the issue with his manager, Peter, he apologized and said he will make sure the car is done by tomorrow morning, he discounted our copay for the inconvenience. My husband finally took over and called the next day, the tech said the car will not be ready until after 1pm. You would think with all the great reviews, they will be more professional than this. We finally got the car around 2pm, it was so hot outside, we only did simple check on it. The paint was great, you can’t tell the scratches anymore.
HOWEVER, when we got home we noticed some of their finishing work is lacking, we found what looks like a black tar spots in the back (not sure what it was), one on the plastic interior by the back window and one on the felt lining on the back side of the car (we can’t get rid off this one), there was pieces of tapes near the wheel that was not removed properly after they are done, loose screws on one of the windows guard, the window stripping was not properly placed (they are not flushed to the glass window), and now whenever we roll down the front window there is a sound that used to not be there.
So with the poor finishing job and the 2.5 weeks wait time, let’s just say, this is our first and last business with them.

My car went in for a scratch and it came back looking brand new! They waxed and fully detailed it. They also kept me up to date on the repairs which was great.

My insurance recommended ICC Collision Centers for an express comp repair to my vehicle. I was so amazed at how speedy the service was! I dropped my car off on a Thursday and it was ready by Saturday. The repairs were fabulous and the customer service was excellent.

After a month of being being in the shop, went to pickup my audi today. Mark was working the desk today and he was very entertaining to talk to, was on point and helpful. The guys did a great job, they make sure you’re 100% okay with every detail. Great service and lifetime warranty.
