Never answer phones, voicemail doesn’t provide any valuable information like ‘we’re closed for season’ ‘open daily 10 – 5′ etc.
Folks there are pretty rude too. Good facility but their customer service is losing this range a lot of business.

I just went for the first time yesterday. I have only golfed a couple of times in my life, and the last time I swung a club was over 10 years ago. I went to West Pines because I am going golfing next weekend and needed to make sure I could actually hit the ball without making a fool of myself! The grounds were nice and seemed well maintained. The staff was friendly from what I saw, and the prices weren’t bad. $ 7 for a medium size bucket, $ 9 for a large. I went on a Sunday evening (~5pm) and had no problem getting a covered stall. There were maybe a dozen people there, half outside on the grass. Overall it was a good experience!

I’ve hit several buckets at this nice little range now and I can say it’s totally perfect. Never too crowded even on Saturday mornings. Wide open areas and covered heated areas as well. There’s a putting green also but just one so sometimes this is more crowded.
A friend and I have taken a few lessons from Mike also. Very nice, helpful guy who really gave us some good pointers without being too overbearing.
Highly recommended and the price is right — medium basket of balls (60+ balls) is $ 6.50, the big one (100+) is only $ 8.50!

Love this place. I took the Ladies’ Golf Class with Joe, I highly recommend it! For 80 bucks you get 4 1 hour group lessons. In my opinion, you get just the right amount of instruction: He shows you a few things, you work on them, he comes back, fixes things… The guys are missing out on this great deal!
Very friendly staff. Even when I am there just to practice, Joe comes around and gives me a few free pointers. My husband has also taken a few private lessons with another pro and gets the same treatment.

Best driving range on the west side of Cleveland. New balls every year, huge grass area that is kept up, putting green. Covered area with heaters for the bad weather as well.
