Husband and I have been waiting over 15 minutes at the ammo counter. It’s been called over the intercom 3 times and it’s not busy here at all! Two other people are waiting as well. Very rare it is for husband to find shotgun rounds he needs. I’m 7 months pregnant and getting tired of this. Lol

Ahhh Walmart. We have such a love hate relationship. I love your low prices and large assortments of randomosity that make my one-​stop-​shops possible. I hate how your clothes fit me like a 4-​H sewing project with a participant ribbon.
I was going to give you 2 stars but a recent encounter with an amazing cashier named Anna gave you an extra boost. My wife and I had just returned some items and received a $ 33 gift card. As we walked around picking up our items, my wife and I didn’t notice that the card slipped out of my pocket. Minutes later I realized the missing card and retraced all of our steps, twice. Someone must have picked it up. We resigned to checking out without the card, frustrated that I had wasted the equivalent of 6 boxes of uncrustables.
When we checked out, we made a passing comment about our endeavor to Anna. With people in line still she walked my wife over to customer service, explained the situation, and made sure we got a new gift card (apparently whoever picked it up hadn’t used it yet). We all rejoiced and I gave Walmart an extra store. Because Anna.

Why does life seem to stand still when you have to wait 20 minutes in line to check out. You would think they are going out of business with so few cashiers working.

Horrible Customer Service in the Electronic Department. 6 employees standing around having personal conversations, none of them offered assistance until I found what I was looking for on my own.

This place never had enough registers open and the employees are about as rude as it gets. I understand it’s Walmart, but come on. And why have 27 registers if u only utilize 4 or 5??? This manager needs some help.

On my quest for a certain item today I was all over and in various stores. I stopped into the Avon Walmart. The parking lot is just a bit crazy to say the least. The store itself is updated to their more modern design and there are plenty of options all over the store you don’t find at many stores. I do find that the stocking of shelves is a bit sporadic, and the aisles blocked with supplies and no employees in some areas– perhaps just my luck at the time and they were going to get more items not intentionally stranding an aisle? Either way the staff was very courteous and my purchase was reasonable.

I am at the tire and lube center to get my battery changed the only reason why I am here is because I have a pt cruiser and it requires labor to get the air filter out to replace the battery I have been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour an half just to get my battery changed I am completely dissatisfied with this service they are slow and rude I will never return.

I prefer to grocery shop at local markets, however the prices are lower and sometimes you have to shop there when you have a large list.
I wish they had better customer service, lines were not so long, they had a loyalty card, and better produce and deli area.

I found stuff that was expired on the deli shelf. I told the lady working next to me and she said it wasn’t her dept and somebody would probally pull it in the morning. I told her «I doubt that, this is already two weeks old and they haven’t pulled it yet! I ask her for the mgr. her response was– he’s probally around here somewhere and then she went right on working. I had to waste 20 mins. Of my time finding a mgr and I KNOW it’s not my dept! She obviously didn’t care about customer service or giving people food poisoning for that matter!

Hard not to go there right? Miss a lot of things they used to carry, but when I asked for them to bring it back… they just told me they no longer use that vendor (even though they get other items from the same company). Glad they brought back fabrics… now if there was just someone in that section to help cut and print out prices.

Not a big fan of Walmart but every once in a while have to make the journey because they do carry solar salt.

I am a true Walmart Shopper, I go like to go to different walmart stores and compair prices. Walmart is usually the best place to go for cheap prices. BUT if you are looking for BIGGER Size SHOES this walmart SUCKS. My husband wears a 13W or 14 And the Avon Walmart doesnt have any shoes bigger than an 11.
