These guys helped out a Mom in a pinch like nobody’s business! All loaded for a road trip with two kids and two dogs and wheel went out of balance. They got my jeep in and out in a flash, driving like new and for a reasonable fee. Thanks!

I have been going to Vail Discount tires for years, in the past had ordered tires on line and shipped to this store and they put it on for me, no problem. I should of called and checked but I assumed they would have no problem with that, boy was I wrong, they were extremely rude to me: stating they don’t do that anymore, implied that my tires would be lost and in the end they charged me $ 96.00 to put them on. In this valley where people are friendly and kind to locals, it was very upsetting to me that I was treated so poorly after being their customer for over 20 years bringing up to three car twice a year… guess they are new owners, I won’t be going back there again.

Bill and his crew run the ONLY honest mechanic shop in this valley. I was twice told I needed to buy new rims because my two rear tires were consistently losing air pressure. I called Bill, and he told me to bring it in so they could take a look. Lo and behold, one of my tires had a nail and one was leaking from the bead. Both of which were easily repaired. They could have sold me rims, but they were honest and checked everything out first. I was so impressed with the integrity of the business, the efficiency of which they got my truck in and out, and their general pleasant attitudes. I have also gotten mechanical work done in the past, all of the jobs I have been immensely pleased with. Even if it takes a day or two to get in it is WORTH THE WAIT. They will save you money and do a great job in the process. They also offer all of the same discounts that the larger tire companies offer. Just ask! I will never go any where else in this area again. Oh, and they are locally owned and operated. So you’re supporting a locally owned business too!

They were quick to get a new tire on my car for a great price! Cheaper than the Big O nearby, and faster. Great service! Highly recommended.
