Store is filled with hipsters that are more worried about their social life than taking care of their customers. In five days straight of going there they have not gotten my order right yet. They spend more time chitchatting with each other and actually doing the work. They get two stars because after all it is still Starbucks!

Can’t complain! Always friendly and helpful. Even when it is ridiculously busy in the drive thru and inside the store, they still do a great job.

Came through the drive-thru a few nights ago for my «birthday drink.» It was about half an hour before closing. I was once a Starbucks barista so I know that clean up and closing duties had already started. Nonetheless, both baristas that I talked to were super friendly, and both of them wished me a happy birthday. I was also very impressed with how quickly they made my chai tea latte! It was delicious and a great way to finish my birthday! ;) I love Starbucks!

I have really bad anxiety in public places and its extremely hard interacting with people and placing orders, the guy working that day was patient and nice and that doesn’t happen often so shout out to that guy i wish i would have gotten his name to put on here.

The location is convenient. There are tables, small and long & counter seating. There are not comfy chairs anymore, I miss them, but it leaves more room for additional tables and seating. Lots of coffee drinks, frappacianos, tea and hot chocolate.

What’s not to love at a Starbucks! The variety of coffee, the holiday coffee, and even the holiday coffee cup the world melted down for. That Venti holiday red simplistic cup always held the best beverage for me in the morning so I personally had not problem with it at all. This location the staff is always super pleasant. They have gone to a Skype type order system so you can see your barista taking the order. This location also moves pretty quickly so don’t let the long line fool you, you’ll zip through pretty quickly and be on your way.

I no longer can justify going to these places. The prices are through the roof. The drinks are bad. I have never been in establishment with so many employees that do so little. Sometimes there are more employees than customers and I still get a sub par drink and the privilege of waiting 10 minutes for it.

Wrong order, burnt tasting espresso, very VERY rude barista. My expectations are not very high for a place with a drive thru but I went in having a nice day and I left completely irritable. Also this is one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen, and from waiting and seeing the people in line ahead of me it seems like I’m not the only person who didn’t like their coffee!!!

Fast, friendly service. I was elated that they had Bantam Bagels here, even though Indiana markets are typically slower to get new products.

The drinks are well made, the staff is very friendly, but they are sooo slow in comparison to other locations.

this is one of my go to places if I need to do any work on my laptop. it’s quite a nice environment. you’ve got plenty of outlets to charge your computer or phone and it is usually pretty quiet in there. the staff is completely cool with you ordering a drink or two and letting you stay for as long as the doors are open. I have never had a problem with any of the staff members there. for the most part, the items you purchase come out on time. one major improvement that would nice would be to add some comfier chairs. this would be beneficial for those doing work and studying for long periods of time. after awhile, the seats can become a little uncomfortable. other than that, it’s a high class environment and would certainly recommend it to others.

A good Starbucks. The inside has been cleaner than other Starbucks in the area. The staff are friendly and service is prompt. Drive thru can be pretty packed sometimes, but it moves pretty well. Drinks always meet the«Starbucks standard.» A nice choice if you are in the area!

Big fan of Starbucks! The Avon Starbucks employees need to step it up. There is always a line in the drive thru. The bathrooms are a mess. Tables are never clean when I go in.

Very disappointed with this location. I get a large ice water with mactcha scoops. It’s always been 87 cents. I’ve paid for green tea latte and frappé. Price is not the issue. Today it came up to almost 3 bucks. She said its tea and«labor» involved. Ice, water, powder seriously? I can see it it was hot brewed then poured over ice. It’s still got chunks of powder in it. For that price it better be clump free. Difference was put back on my card but left a bad taste nonetheless.

Although I am not a huge coffee drinker any longer, stopping by a Starbucks, any Starbucks is generally makes my wife very happy. It’s been freezing cold and today this stop was my idea. Absolutely love that I can jazz up my coffee and they act like I’m perfectly normal! Today was a Cappuccino and a danish, as always fresh and delightful. The staff at this location are always happy and engaged with the customers, they may only see me every once in a while– but they make you feel like they have known you forever.

So this is my go to Starbucks. I have been going to Starbucks for years. I LOVE starbucks. and if this review was just based on the staff and the product it would be 5+ stars. I took two stars away for the hostile environment that starbucks company wide has allowed to take over their lobby. Something needs to be done about these people who camp out in their stores for hours and hours. One person will take up an entire table and put their feet up in the chairs to make sure nobody even attempts to sit at their table. They drag their laptop cords across the floor to plug into the outlets. It is just a matter of time before someone trips and gets seriously hurt by people dragging cords all over the floor. mark my words. I was there this afternoon and not one place to sit because 6 – 7 individuals were taking up entire tables to themselves. most not even buying anything. One lady had the nerve to break out her own lunch and snacks and eat them there. After having to stand in a corner someone finally got up and let and we were able to sit down and try to enjoy our drinks and snacks. Today was Saturday the 22nd of November. If starbucks is going to allow this they need to build much larger stores. I have a right to enjoy my purchase too. There should be limits on internet use or they should charge an hourly fee and that would stop all the vagrants from camping out in their stores. Starbucks is not the public library. And just because you buy a cup of coffee does NOT give you the right to spend 8 hours taking up their largest table. and this is not just this store. I travel frequently and it goes on at all their locations. Enough of my venting. I say this every year and i just know one day somebody who matters will hear my plea. Those Cranberry Bliss bars should be sold all year long. Those are my favorite. And the new Hazelnut Frapp was awesome too.

A wonderful Starbucks! The baristas are always friendly, and will give you amazing drink recommendations if you’re stuck in a rut with your everyday espresso drink like I was. They just remodeled too with a great new modern look and more space to work or study. Woohoo!

I’ve been a gold card carrying member ever since they started this program. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the place. Avon’s Starbucks has the most problems with having the ingredients for my drinks on hand. These baristas are not the usual friendly staff I’m used to seeing at a Starbucks. There is a much better one at 10th street very close by. They bend over backwards to make sure your order is right. Very friendly staff too. Bypass Avon and go to 10th street or the one in Target close by on Rockville.

Starbucks is horrible in general and this location is not exceptional in any substantial way. The service is normally friendly but they are highly inconsistent with the quality of their hot espresso drinks.

The Avon store is one of my favorites with super friendly baristas. Whenever I’m looking for«something» different the baristas throw out suggestions. Several of my favorite drinks were recommendations and experiments. The cake pops are still one of my favorite snacks and perfect portion control. Rarely an empty table between folks working from home and business meetings. 10th Street in Chapel Hill Plaza is a better option if you need work space.
