Sprint Store By Mobile Now

Walking into this store was one of the single worst decisions I have ever made. They lied and told us whatever they needed to make a commission. Sprint will not help because they are not a corporate store. The manager Lamar was unwilling to help, even though his employee had lied to us about several thing. We are out a lot of money because of their lies. STAY AWAY! Go to a corporate store instead!

I was in the store today to pay my bill. It was my turn in line, and the red head guy was taking care of me. He did a great job. There was a man, who started getting belligerent over a matter that had nothing to do with him, and im pretty sure he was way off in his argument. He claimed the clerk rolled his eyes at another customer. I was there, and I saw nothing of the sorts. I understand he had good intentions of standing uo for an elderly customer, but I felt he was belittling her, making her seem helpless, and quite frankly, he was embarrassing her. The belligerent man kept going and going, interrupting my service, and the other lady being taken care of’s service. There were kids in the store and he proceeded to use explicit language, after my turn I said something to him because I felt bad that the employees couldnt say anything themselves, due to the «customer is always right» rule. I felt the need to post this, because im sure the guy is going to call corporate and spew his nonsense to them. The employees did nothing wrong. In fact, they handled him very well.
