I really love this Michael’s location. I have been to a ton but this one, in my opinion, is the best. They always have a lot of clearance and a lot of stuff fairly well stocked. The store is almost never busy and I rarely have to wait longer than 1 minute in line to be helped. I’ve had to do one return here and the associate who helped me was very nice about it. I know some retail people get grumpy with returns because it is extra work for them. The guy was really very nice about it. The sales here are always fantastic and they accept coupons without question. Sure, it isn’t Hobby Lobby but for a main stream craft store, it is a great location. Nothing but a positive experience each time I have visited.

I will NEVER walk into this store again! While the cashier was bagging my picture frames today, one of the taller frames toppled over and fell on my cell phone(iphone6) completely shattering the glass screen and the phone screen beneath it! I asked for the manager, who then proceeded to offer me the WORST customer service I have experienced in a very long time! I came home and called Michael’s corporate and reported the incident.

I’m not a very crafty person, but I always enjoy myself when I stroll through this massive store. I can only imagine how much a real crafty person would enjoy this place. When the kids were little, we would come here a lot for school or scout craft projects. Now we come here for the oddball item– like a laundry marker pen or dried flowers or a picture frame or a wicker basket or whatever. It is most definitely a cool place, especially for those crafty folks.
