History

Established in 2013.

Dr. Emma and his staff founded MD Laser Technologies to provide laser tattoo removal — what was traditionally a high-​end service available only to the wealthy — to his community — everyday folks and working families from all walks of life, all over the South Shore and South Coast areas of Massachusetts.

Many of Dr. Emma’s patients, friends, family and acquaintances have asked him over the years what options there were for safe tattoo removal. Some had bad memories attached to a particular tattoo; some were worried about visible tattoos interfering with their career prospects; others just regretted a decision made in haste years ago. When the RevLite SI system, one of the most advanced laser-​based tattoo removal systems, became available in his area, he knew he had the answer.

Meet the Manager

Robin E.

Manager

MD Laser Technologies’ principal is Robin Emma, a certified and highly-​trained laser operator and experienced businesswoman. An avid tattoo collector with many friends in the tattoo artist and studio-​owner community, she is responsible for all aspects of this part of Dr. Emma’s enterprise. With Dr. Emma as supervising physician, Robin is the primary consultant to tattoo removal customers and contacting her for a consultation is the first step in the tattoo removal process.
