Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunks drive-​thru kindof sucks, as they’ve messed up drink requests more times than I can count. I prefer to go inside and order, even though the thought of parking in their lot and getting out gives me anxiety.

I’m from California and we don’t have Dunkin donuts there so every time we land we immediately go to Dunkin donuts. I got the southwest steak burrito and although it is smaller than I thought it makes sense because it’s only 350 calories. It was super good. However, when we ordered our meals it says that it comes with a medium coffee. When we got our meals we asked for the coffee and the woman at the counter told us that we were supposed to ask for it when we ordered? Why would we ask for it when it says it’s included. We wanted to see our reciept to see if we were charged but we didn’t get one and the same woman told us that we didn’t get one because it was taking too long to print. Then she tried to charge us for the coffee that we were supposed to get with our meals. Then someone that I was with had a hair in her breakfast sandwich but we didn’t even want to deal with asking for another because of how difficult it was to not get the coffee. I know this isn’t a reflection of all Dunkin donuts, but I would have been better off going to the Dunkin donuts in the air port.

A really less than stellar drive-​thru experience. There was a really long line and when I got to the window I found out why. The employees were gathering in the drive-​thru area and having a good old time. People from the front kept coming in the back and it was social hour. Person at the window was less than friendly, barking out the total. No, «hi» or «Thank you». Nothing other than the total. Employees were too busy socializing to make my flatbread. When they finally did, I saw it sitting there forever before they finally gave it to me. Later when I opened it, it wasn’t the veggie I ordered, it was a turkey sausage. Good thing I’m not vegetarian.

First time here at Avon’s Dunkin Donut. The staff is friendly and quick with our orders. The setting is beyond expectations of any Dunkin Donut branch I have ever been to. They have stools and lounge. It reminds me of a vintage feel of the 50s café lounge.

Very fast service and friendly staff. This makes the experience great especially in the morning and you try to get in and out so that you could be on your way to work. I’ve been here several times but never had a chance to write a review.
