Dry doughnuts and miserable-looking employees are never attractive. Prices are reasonable, but may seem expensive due to the lacking quality of the doughnuts. Maybe this could have earned a three if my cashier would have cracked a smile or two.

Lots of donut varieties of course. I like take the cream filled donuts. They have a Colts crème filled donut with blue and white icing. They have good coffee drinks and the regular coffee is good too. The hot chocolate is good.

Another chain that used to be good, but now is slipping into mediocrity. Hope it changes soon before it loses more of its appeal.

I bought 8 dozen donuts 4 boxes of joe. They had it all ready when I got there. No cups napkins or creams or sugar. I called as soon as I noticed. No answer. 7 miles away. What should I do? We are at Clarion off Crawfordsville rd.

They always run out of croissants, and then they’re rude about it! Advertise breakfast all day but they constantly are out breakfast items and donuts

Dunkin you disappointed me this morning. Great customer service, but your workers need to kick it up a few notches. I waited 10 minutes for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Thanks, I was late to work.

Dunkin’ Donuts on a Saturday morning… yeah, it was busy. But they did a great job getting people through the line quickly. The line was to the door, but I was in and out with my delicious donuts in about five minutes. Well done guys, well done.

I so miss the Westside Dunkin Donuts on West Washington Street of years ago. I’ve always enjoyed their coffee, sandwiches and donuts. Matter of fact, every year for Christmas my sister-in-law loads up a large basket with Dunkin Donuts coffee & White Castle coffee, homemade cookies and a gift card to both. Yum! Their friendly, fast service, fresh donuts, great prices and love their Coffee. Today I’m having the large Pumpkin Crème Brulee for a total of $ 2.17! Seriously, you can’t beat the prices. Yes, I go to Starbucks way to often but its the Chai tea and Cake balls. Please go ahead an build close to 65& Lafayette Road, 465& Crawfordsville Rd. or in Speedway! You will see customers flock to you.

For those of you had that are coffee lovers, and spend crazy amount of money going to Starbucks every other day, stop it. You will be surprised what Dunkin can do for you. Seriously, their coffee in my opinion is better than Starbucks. They also have different variations of lattes and ice coffees as well. Do you want to hear what the best part is? You pay fraction of a price that you would pay at your local Starbucks. But seems like you Starbucks lovers have a little too much money in your pocket… so I guess you can afford what you currently get, right?

Nice to have a Dunkin Donuts nearby. Especially when your spouse craves them! Dunkin has been my place to stop for him as well as early morning meetings at work. Always a friendly greeting and so many choices of fresh donuts it becomes sensory overload.

Apparently lots of people had the same idea I did the Saturday after Valentine’s day of getting some of those«heart shaped limited edition flavored donuts that you have to try» before they were gone, because this place was busy! Thankfully, they seemed relatively prepared for this and lined moved fast enough and selection of donuts was being refilled constantly so I got the variety I wanted and bolted home. Highlight of the limited edition flavors we agreed was the brownie batter, the cookie dough was not as delicious as I had imagined. The rest were solid too with the blueberry being one of the best. My waistline doesn’t want me to visit often and I prefer supporting non-chains(but hate when their selection is drained!). At least I now know their hours and how well they keep it stocked, I am sure I’ll come by again sometime when I need a variety of donuts fast.

Booo Hiss!!! Went here for breakfast the other day. Lets start with the egg sandwich I ordered. The break was stale, the egg tasted like chemicals and the cheese wasnt melted. Let move on to my bavarian scream doughnut(yeah those were out) It literally had a small grape sized filling in it. It was pitiful. One bright spot of the place was the drink I got an iced mocha and it was awesome! Overall come for the drinks not the food.

Got my order wrong twice on a day when I was in somewhat of a rush. But honestly… Am I going to die if I eat a Egg, Cheese and Bacon on a bagel instead of toast? No. It’s freaking delicious and will send me on a fast track to diabetes either way. I’ll probably stop by less though. After all, what if the next time they mess up I get something healthier instead? Can’t take the risk.

I live around the corner from the Avon Dunkin Donuts. We use to be fans of Starbucks(we moved from Sacramento, CA about 1 ½ years ago) but when we moved to Avon we discovered Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin Donuts is cheaper and plus it was closer to us than Starbucks is. We started going here every day and getting breakfast and coffee… We «joined» the stamps cards club and within a week we’d get a free coffee because there’s 2 of us… We were always allowed to use 2 «free» full stamp cards to claim free coffee… but one day we weren’t allowed to any more… We came every day for many months and were able to claim 2 free coffees with 2 full stamp cards, but we weren’t allowed that specific time… And now sometimes we’re allowed to claim 2 free coffees with 2 full stamp cards and sometimes we’re not allowed… I now understand why Starbucks is such a great place; the CSR’s/Baristas greet you immediately by name if you’ve been there more than 3 times, their policy does not change from shift-to-shift or person-to-person, and as a guest you can tell there’s more of a positive work culture at Starbucks than at Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes we’ll go to Dunkin Donuts out of convenience, but we’d rather pay $ 10 for two cups of espresso and receive good service instead of $ 5 for two cups of espresso and receive mediocre service.
