We started off by only offering On-​Site services. When someone had a computer crisis, they called us. Then we decided to open a couple storefronts in Northeast Ohio. Every year we are expanding our business and hope to become the preferred computer service and sales place for both residential and business customers to go to. Thanks!

Great place to go if you need reliable computer repair, been using them for a couple years now, even before they got their nice storefront. Highly recommend!

Place is a total rip off. Dont bother calling. They charge $ 125 to install windows (no hardware work, no drivers needed, just insert disk and hit start). Best buy geek squad (which the benchmark for terrible pricing, charges $ 40 for same service! Also, it explains why the place is never open and they dont answer their phones. I stopped by 4x and called over a dozen times over course of a week and they never once were there. Get the feeling this may be a money laundering business front?
