Good luck if there is an issue with an appliance or delivery. No one will help, calls go unanswered and promises not kept. I had to pay 30.00 out of my pocket for the delivery person to remove the appliance door so it would fit into our kitchen. They then soiled our new carpet with filthy shoes did not put any protection under our old appliance to remove, damaged our walls and did not have the ability to then connect our appliance to the water line so I needed to pay a plumber an additional 100.00…Buy your appliances elsewhere… we are now forced to file a court claim to recover our losses.

silly me … three customers or potential customers ah, counting me … why would i expect any one of the five or six blue shirts to help me … finally a guy in a yellow shirt tells me what i want is $ 70 in a very condescending tone … found it on amazon for $ 22 … will not darken their doors again … they clearly don’t care if i shop there or not

Normally I have really good experiences there. For that, I give 3 stars. I knock 2 stars off for the Mobile guy I talked to today. I bought a Zagg screen protector recently(but more than 2 weeks) and it already cracked. He said there was nothing they could do because it’s been more than two weeks. I get that but said I should have registered the screen protector on Zagg. I asked him how I would have known to do that and he told me they told me to. First, how would he know because he wasn’t the person that helped me — it was a female. Second, she failed to tell me I needed to do that. I told him and he told me he didn’t believe me because he knows all the people on his team tell everyone that. So, he basically called me a liar which is unappreciated. It’s as if someone on his team can not make a mistake and fail to mention something. 1. I am not a liar. 2. I did not forget. All he could have said was: «I’m sorry she failed to mention that, normally we do. Unfortunately, because it’s more than 2 weeks, there’s nothing we can do.». NOT Well, we have a small team and I know we always tell people to register with Zagg so there’s nothing I can do for you. It’s not that I’m trying to say the customer is always right. But, in this instance, I was and him implying that I was incorrect based on a conversation I had with a sales person that he was not a part of is insulting and rude.

Store is what a zombie apocalypse will look like. A bunch of people in blue shirts and name tags wandering around trying to figure out how to look busy. Hire people who can or will help customers rather than look around cluelessly. Ive used Amazon a lot lately and now I remember why.

My husband and I are very upset. We recently went to Best Buy to purchase a wall mounted T.V. and have it installed by Best Buy. We purchased the T.V. and while there we saw a T.V. stand with a connected TV mount. We were torn as to whether to buy the stand or stick to our original plans to just have Best Buy wall mount the T.V. Seeing our dilima, the salesman specifically told us that if we purchased the stand, and it did not work, Best Buy would come back out, wall mount the T.V., take away the stand, and charge us the difference between the cost of the stand and the cost for them to wall mount the T.V. That was fair enough, so $ 3,000 later we walked out of the store with a deal for Best Buy to set up our new T.V. on the stand that we had picked out. Several days later we decided that the T.V. did not work on the stand because it was too low. We called the store to come out and wall mount the T.V. and take the stand away. Not only were we told that it would cost almost $ 300 to get the wall mount, they also said that the break down of the stand and the physical return was on us. When we called the«Problems with Orders» line that we found on their website, we were told that they«didn’t have anything on line to deal with this». Now, we are forced to disassemble and return the T.V. stand ourselves as well as get the TV wall mounted the way we would like. Best Buy has a great knowledgeable sales staff. I had a Television mounted by one of their installers, he was wonderful and knew what he was doing.
