Went here after the brow bar at macy’s was packed, and I was nervous because there were no reviews… Was helped immediately and Taylor even stayed over time (she was leaving at 6 but let me add tinting to my appointment which made it run over). She did a good job shaping the only complaint I have is that after a day it appears the hairs just broke off at the base, bc I can already see them coming back. Basically I could have just shaved my eyebrows. Disappointed after initially being happy with it.

Can a store be overstaffed and understaffed at the same time? How is it that I can walk around looking like I need help only to have ulta staff quickly look away? Isn’t it their job to help customers or are you only working for the discount?
Brow bar also short staffed. I came for a brow tint. When I asked the girl she acted like I asked for a million dollars. Then told me she was going home and the other girl was on ½ hour break. That is poor staffing by the manager.
Worst ulta experience. I spend at least a thousand dollars each year at Ulta. Maybe Sephora is the answer or the Ulta in Buckland Hills.
