If you come here, make sure you make an appointment online first or come mid morning when most people are at work. In the evenings, the store gets rather busy and is understaffed. I have been here and waited over a half hour and still wasn’t helped. They have a wait-list system for walk-ins but they don’t pay attention to who comes in first when they ask to put people on the list so I ended up waiting 20 minutes longer than people who came in after me simply because the manager decided to put them on the list first. As far as I’m concerned, the quality of customer service at this location is FUBAR. Unfortunately, it’s the only AT&T store in the local vicinity so you have to put up with long waits and poor quality customer service. I would recommend either buying online and having it shipped to you or going online ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
