ELEMENTS salon offers all hair services, using Aveda hair color, Bumble and bumble hair products, and Moroccan Oil hair products. We now also have the full Aveda hair care and makeup line! We proudly offer the only Keratin Straightening Treatment that is OSHA approved. We also offer customized hair extension services, including tape-​in and strand by strand fusion extensions.

The Lacquer Lounge, a nail bar by ELEMENTS salon, offers a variety of manicure and pedicure services, using the Qtica product line and Zoya nail polish.

All hair services include a scalp massage and hot steamed towel while enjoying a hand and arm massage.

History

Established in 2010.

ELEMENTS salon owner Mary opened the business in 2010. Since then, the salon has been awarded Salon of Distinction in 2011 by Salon Today magazine, as well as mentioned multiple times for the Fox 8 Hotlist’s Best Salons. In 2014, ELEMENTS was awarded Best Salon for the Fox 8 Buzz List. Mary has been awarded for best master stylist in Lorain County in 2013.

In December of 2014, ELEMENTS debuted the Lacquer Lounge, a nail bar by ELEMENTS.

Started using this salon about 6 months ago. They are amazing! Everbody is so friendly. I have been to many places in the past, yet after a few cut/​colors i usually end up kind of not liking the way something was done. Well NOT HERE:) I am consistantly satisfied! More than satisfied!!! Mary does an absolute perfect job on my hair. I recommend this salon to everybody. i get daily compliments on my cut. They also give killer arm and head massages with a wash as well. I am a firm believer in «you get what you pay for.» They are 100% worth every penny. I will be a long time client!

Came here for a manicure after I bought a Groupon. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. The salon itself is very stylish and modern. Mandy did a great job with the gel manicure and it lasted about a week and a half or so before chipping, which isn’t too shabby. I ended up buying the Groupon as a gift for my sisters, too!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience yesterday for my pedicure and gel manicure!
Like another reviewer said, they had my name on a board when I walked in since I was a new client, which I thought was a really cute touch.
I had Marissa, who was absolutely lovely and did a great job. I usually sort of hate the idle chit chat part of getting my nails done (it usually feels forced and awkward, just let me sit and relax!) but she was so nice and fun that we were chatting like friends by the end of my services.
The salon itself is gorgeous, and they’re debuting a special new mani/​pedi area in mid December, which I’ll definitely be back to check out
Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, nails look great, prices are reasonable, salon is cool and edgy – I’ll definitely be back!

Today was my first visit to this salon. I had won a gift certificate at a local raffle they generously donated to. I was greeted at the front door by a wonderful sign with the names of their new customers listed, talk about feeling welcome! Upon approaching the receptionist desk it was bright shiny smiles which if course is contagious. I was offered a beverage and a hot towel to relax and warm up with and was seated at the waiting area while anxiously awaited my turn which was spot on to my scheduled appointment time. I enjoyed an amazing manicure and pedicure while being spoiled with a glass if champagne and a warm neck roll. The décor is very upscale but warm at the same time. My mani and pedi were just prefect! I could not have dreamed for more. This is a new favorite salon and I am looking forward to coming back for more services. Please reward the staff on a Saturday late afternoon appointment how wonderful they were! Thank you all for everything

I’ve spent quite a lot of money at this salon, over almost two years, on manicures and pedicures. I am in fact a regular customer, and I am particularly a fan of Mandy. However, when it really counted — on the day before a big wedding — they refused to fit me in to do a nail repair on one chipped nail (I had just gotten my manicure there two days prior.) It would have taken about 15 minutes. This is not good customer service, and I will seriously be rethinking my loyalty.

So this Unilocal Salon Review is not fair on this Salon. It seems as though it’s all about the Groupon Deal that they just has too many sold.
I am a regular customer that goes there every three weeks for a haircut. They are very accommodating to me. Brenda is my Stylist and she is amazing. They use great products and are very averagely priced for the level of expertise that they give to me. I would suggest you going there to try it out.

I bought a Groupon for gel manicures, and I plan on going back! Katie, the young lady that did my nails, is wonderful. She is efficient and friendly. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and the staff is welcoming. If I wasn’t loyal to my hair stylist, I would try them for hair too!

I have returned back to Elements Salon — with a different nail tech and have been so happy ever since. I have been going to Marissa — who is absolutely fantastic and does a great job on both manicures and pedicures. If you are trying them out for the first time for your nails — I highly suggest Marissa. I can’t say anything about the hair stylists. I have only been there for nails.

I got a Groupon as a present for my b day which is why I came here. First it took them 6 months to get me in! Then the day of my appt I was 14 min late because I got lost. They preceded to tell me they now did not have enough time for me but I could do either my manicure or pedicure first just not both. So I said manicure. After my manicure which was not worth a 6 month wait, the girl tells me ok it will either be $ 22 today or you can use your groupon but you’ll lose the pedicure! So you made it seem like I could do one today and one later only to wait til after you did the manicure to tell me otherwise?! So I of course used the group on and said i will just never come back! So my sister spent $ 28 on a $ 22 manicure. Awesome! Avoid this place!
