History
Established in 2013.
Our Owner and Executive Chef, Doug Stehle has been in the culinary industry for over 20 years and has been Paleo for the last year and a half. After losing 30 pounds, lowering his cholesterol and feeling better all around after beginning Paleo, he decided to use his cooking skills and his fresh outlook on life to benefit the rest of the world.
