We carefully match a candidate’s personality, skills and experience to each family’s needs. We conduct all the screening, interviewing and reference checking and accept 4% of those that contact us. We enjoy a 92% success rate which we attribute to our stringent screening, matching and follow up process. Most of our business is from word of mouth.

We are celebrating our 30^th year in business and work with families throughout Florida as well as nationally.

History

Established in 1985.

The first agency in the state of Florida and one of the first in the country specializing in placing in-​home child care and other household staff. We do all the screening, interviewing and reference checking. We work with families nationally on a live-​in basis and in Miami-​Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties on a live-​out basis. We accept 4% of the potential applicants that contact us and enjoy a 94% success rate.

Roni Fertig holds her BA in Psychology from SUNY, Albany and an

MS in Social Work from Columbia University. She is a founding member of the International Nanny Association

and has appeared on various media shows including Good Morning America, discussing nanny trends.
