Best blow out w style I have ever had! Alyssa was my stylist she was the showcased hairdresser for the week $ 20 for a blowout explained all three products she used. I was offered mimosas wine water juice when I entered. Young lovely sweet crew working there all the way around 5 star experience. I left 3 hrs ago and already got compliments on my hair

Please note that I first called the salon to give them an opportunity to make this right but unfortunately they were not professional… just like the service they provided.
This place obviously run by amateurs trying to be ‘seasoned’ stylists. With so many positive reviews I took a shot and now I think that these reviews are probably friends of the owner or women with simple straight hair with maybe long hair that just come for a simple trim??? Hymm? Maybe …
If you have thick curly hair, I would not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time and your hair.
They lied about price and did not make good of their mistake. I paid double what I agreed to pay before I made the appointment. It was stupid of me to actually take my credit card out and pay.
I was 10 min late and they didn’t have time for ‘deep conditioning’ umm ok that was fine but when another customer comes in the stylist who happens to also own the salon gets short with me and doesn’t finish the job. I asked for her to either blow out the moisture or use a flat iron and her response was ‘umm I don’t have time… well someone else is washing the next customers hair so ok I can flat iron’ she might as well as left my hair wet. I basically paid a lot for someone to wash my hair. The cut is terrible. Really.
Anyway, the receptionist is convinced that those 10 minutes would have allowed the stylist to deep condition my hair, blow it throughly and flat iron it properly. Umm ok sure. My ends are dead. Great job Jessica! Oh and awesome customer service! I’m still waiting for your return call…

Yes, it is challenging to find, but so worth it. I have neglected my hair for a few months and within a few hours Jessica had it looking amazing. I had a haircut and partial highlight, $ 150. Groupon Deals can only be used with specific stylists. FeNom — Phenomenal!

I bought the Groupon for a cut, blowdry and deep condition as they had excellent reviews. I had Veronica who was very passionate about her job, she described every product she used on me in detail and gave me excellent tips and advice to keep my hair healthy. Usually I get one of those stylist that just sit there and comment every 5 minutes about how dead your hair is with a disgusted look on their face. Not here! Everyone was extremely professional and truly enjoyed their job. My hair looks and feels 10 000 times better and my cut is everything I wanted! Best part is that they have late hours which helps with people who work 9 — 5. Highly recommend this salon!

I was contacted by the salon to come in and have their owner, Jessica, fix it. She took a look at my hair and not only fixed the cut but also made my hair lighter by thinning it! I loved the fact that she took note of my hair texture and personalised the cut. She is a great business owner and a great stylist. I would definitely recommend her as your hair stylist and look forward to having my hair in her care while I am in Miami

My husband got a great haircut at this salon. Services were quick and reasonably priced ($ 30 for a scissor cut) and staff was friendly.

I desperately needed a haircut for my extremely long and dry hair. in search to bring some life back to my locks. i purchased a Groupon with Fenom Salon. My hair is like my security blanket so i was very nervous to just let anyone touch it, let alone with scissors but when i met my stylist Alyssa, she put my nerves at ease. She asked me tons of questions and although i thought i knew what i wanted, she easily suggested an alternative cut based on my face frame and hair maintenance style. I asked a million and one questions about my concerns from coloring, conditioning and styling and she was very knowledgeable. Overall she gave me a great cut with layers and ended with a soft blow out! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Their staff are very attentive and make sure you feel comfortable. Plus the pricing there is reasonable. I will definitely be coming back!

Got a Groupon for a color and cut for a great price and worth the drive to Aventura. This little salon is very well managed. There was a steady influx of clients rotating in and out of chairs on Saturday afternoon. Miraculously, between color applications, cuts and blow drys, no one was ever left waiting. The owner should give lessons to other Miami salons where you wait 30 + minutes WITH an appointment.
I was offered water, coffee or wine, and they even had cheese and crackers for grabs. It’s the little things. The day I am offered a Hendricks cocktail at a salon I will forever be loyal. Just kidding. Not really.
My color came out great. I ended up getting a glaze on my sun-​bleached brassy ends in addition to a root touchup. The result? Glossy, allover even color.
My cut wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I wanted whispy bangs I could wear down or swept to either side, but they ended up very blunt and difficult to work with. I wouldn’t come here again for a cut but their regular pricing on color is very reasonable.

I have had the worst experiences with hair salons. I AM NOT EVEN KIDDING. From boxy cuts, to orange highlights– I’ve had it all. Out of desperation (and just being plain old broke) I ended up at FeNom. I purchased a Groupon that was for a color, cut, and blow dry. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, the girls were nice, friendly, and accommodating. The space was clean, and all the girls were styled well themselves. Veronica listened exactly to what I wanted, and talked me through the entire process. I truly felt 100% confident in her styling abilities. My cut is perfect, and my color is exactly what I was looking for! Not only are their stylists great, but they are open late and provide beverages for their clients. I will be back soon!

Found a groupon and decided to try this place out, SO happy I did. The second I walk through the door the receptionist was very welcoming. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait a minute longer than it was scheduled. Veronica was so sweet, she genuinely listened to what I wanted and and let me explain all my crazy haircut fears haha. I would defiantly recommend this salon to anyone!!! also the coffee was great !!!

After Shelby gave me an amazing updo for a swim week event, I booked an appointment with her the following week for color & cut.
She gave perfect advice in order to keep the integrity of my healthy hair, while still delivering the color I was looking for. A root touch up & clear gloss was followed by the best cut I’ve had since relocating from Palm Beach a year ago.
I’m ecstatic with my results & that I’ve found my new home salon away from South Beach. Fenom & Shelby provide the same customer service (even the amaze scalp massage in the bowl after my conditioner) that I’ve become accustomed to sans ridiculous price tag.
Already looking forward to booking my next blowout or updo, they’re the best !

Yes, I am a fan. I found this place through a Groupon deal and decided to give it a try based on the excellent reviews I read on Unilocal.I called and made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and on the day of my appointment I was running late and called to see if they would be able to push my appointment back about 30 minutes to 2:30pm. The very nice receptionist Lauren told me that she did not have me down for this day but for the week after and that they were completely booked up for the entire day… I panicked. I absolutely needed to get my hair done that day as I was leaving out of town the next morning.
Although it is a mystery on how my appointment date got switched, (definitely not by me as I purposely made the appointment for my out of town event which date was written in stone) Lauren understood my concern and tried her best to help look for a solution by calling other clients to see if they were willing to change their appointment times. I waited to hear back from her nervously for about an hour. I was frankly freaking out! :(
Lauren called me back with good news, she explained that she contacted the owner of the salon and explained the issue and the owner instructed her to have me come in at 3:30pm. When I arrived, all the ladies that worked there greeted me warmly and apologized for this very unusual mishap. They offered me some champaign as I waited and I was advised that Alyssa would shampoo and deep condition my hair. Afterwards, Shelby who does not take Groupon’s volunteered to cut my hair and start my blow dry to help make things right for me and she did. She then turned me back over to Alyssa to finish my blowout and style as she had another client waiting. Both Shelby and Alyssa did a great job with my hair! I was very pleased. I don’t know why my hair likes to frizz up so easily but unfortunately by the time I got home, my beautiful styled hair had frizzed up bad. Darn it! But nonetheless, I really enjoyed my time at FeNom and have found a new hair salon — Yeah!
Their prices are pretty reasonable and my haircut was great. One of the best I’ve ever had. So safe to say I will return when I want to get my hair done again. Thank you to the owner Jessica for taking the time and initiative to making a crazy bad situation into a good customer service experience. Thank you Shelby for the great cut and for helping with starting my blowout and thank you Alyssa for the great shampoo and styling. Oh yes, can’t forget to thank Lauren also that made it all come together. You ladies made my day!

I bought a groupon for a hair cut, deep conditioning, and blow dry. Booking the appointment was very easy and when I got there the girls were so friendly. I had an appointment with Veronica and she truly listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! While she was cutting and styling she was telling me everything she was doing and what products she was using, which I did actually buy one but a few days later not at the salon because I really did like the way it made my hair feel. I would definitely go see Veronica again! They also have a crazy good referral program where you get $ 20 for every referral!

The service is usually very good, but the problem is getting an appointment here is a mission ALWAYS and if you dont pay in advanced $ 100 they wont book your appointment. Its the only salon I know that always makes it a mission to come in.

As a jaded New Yorker I waited until my grays made me look like Peppy Le Pew. I was so afraid of trying a salon because I had seen truly terrible «hair», but in my desperation I made a choice: FeNom Salon. I will tell you that the customer service was superb, Shelby listened to what I wanted and she made my hair more gorgeous than ever. And all that after driving around trying to find the place for 40 minutes and being late!
Kudos Shelby and FeNom, you guys are amazing!

I am in love with this salon! I’ve been on an endless search for a welcoming place to get my hair done. I started coming here about two years ago and discovered it through Groupon.
Side note: The service you receive when using a voucher at an establishment really says it all — are they awesome and want to keep you as a customer or are they douchey because they are losing more than 50% of a sale on the new customers first visit and not capable of fostering lasting relationships? Some places handle this first impression well and FeNom is one of them!
The owner, Jessica, was super friendly and treated me like a regular (and now I am!). Shelby was and has been my stylist since day one! She even did my wedding hair! Every member of the team is very professional and they consistently treat their customers well. Shelby is always down to try something new and I’m always coming into the salon with big ideas. In addition, when I say trim, she actually trims.
Everytime I leave, I’m thankful I have a place to call home. I get exactly what I want and more!
The salon itself is very clean and modern. The task force has grown exponentially and each time I come in the place is very busy and boasting of happy customers. I always make an appointment and they are also really good at accommodating you short notice… I booked my last hair appt just three days in advance. I don’t recommend just randomly walking in.

This little hidden spot on a hard to find strip mall in aventura is a great find. I came here in a groupon and had my hair cut and styled by Veronica. She was quick and did a spectacular job. Even without a groupon they have great prices and use excellent products. It’s a Small unassuming spot but nice inside and they know their stuff. A lot of customers had crazy color done and were walking out w big smiles on their faces.
