The young guy did a wonderful job on my mom brows. He was very nice and professional. And most importantly he had PATIENCE, because most people lack this skill. I would have given this place a five star, but the girl in the front was a bit lifeless (to not say rude) she seemed like a robot. I would try to talk to her and although she would hear me it seemed as though she wasn’t «listening» but besides that it was fine.

I used to go to this place to get my brows threaded all the time. I stopped going when I moved but just recently went there because it was close to work. Before I would’ve given 5 stars, but after this most recent visit I had to give only 3 stars. I was not 100% satisfied like in the past… in fact, after my threading, i still had to make some clean ups and worse, my eyebrows were uneven and one eyebrow was over threaded at my arch. I know I won’t be back here and should just stick with my local threading place. I miss how it was before.

The first time I did threading I came to this place and I loved it! The wait without an appointment can be about 15 min. The girls are great. I would rate it a 5 if the guy at the front had better customer service. I stopped going since I found a place closer to home and cheaper, but if you are looking for a quick place to get your eyebrows threaded this is a good place in the area.

They have the friendliest staff and do an amazing job. Brow Obsession is my go-​to eyebrow place and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They offer you beverages as you walk in and exhibit great customer service. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted here and the result is always amazing.
Also, for anyone that is a high school or college student, show your school ID because they give a 10% discount to students!

The people who work there are not professional and are students and they can learn and experiment on you. they do not do a good job just very avrage. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a nicely done job and a good attitude. I went there few times and every time my 2 eyebrows looked completely different?! I gave to many chances but no improvement.

I was there twice w groupon. First tone was great. The girl wad sweet and amazing. She listened and understood intuitively what I wanted. She made the best brows I every had! Thank you!
The second time though was a completely different story. I was really looking forward to the visit die to my Great experience previously. But boy was I about to be disappointed!
This time I was attended by another lady. Also American lady, forgot her name. She did not Lauren to me, and Jay did whatever, don’t know why. Seemed like she had an idea in her mind and Just did what she wanted. I ended up with the most horrible eyebrows of my life!
So bag I’m afraid to leave the house without big sunglasses. That lady did not seem skilled to me. Rather like a beginner. Terrible pain and never ending threading. I felt like I was visiting a friend who need someone to practise on.
I had people waiting and it took forever. The sending lady meanwhile took care of another person. Started way after me ands finished much earlier. In addition to the torture the lady was constantly criticizing me and saying things about my brows which are not true. and giving me get opinion but I didn’t ask for it. Read very strange and not a nice experience. She raped my brows. Sooo horrible looking. now need to wait forever to look normal again. Beware.
A nice touch was that I didn’t have to post when I mentioned how unhappy I was but frankly this did not help me at all. I give two stars instead of one bracket of the proud good experience.

I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. There are way better places that will treat you better. My second experience there was horrible. The details to the way I was treated was she (blonde with penciled in eyebrows) told me to sit in a scolding manner, she kept smacking her teeth and throwing my hands off my face, giggling with her friend that was sitting in the next chair over when she would pull a slick stunt like that, and scolded me loud to type my name in the phone. Not only was I treated badly, She cut me up and jacked up my brows. But when these people read my review all they said was how «fabulous» her brows were and they also said she has a large crowd of followers. I have seen many people say «the blonde with the tattooed brows messed up blah blah blah» they didn’t take into consideration the main reason why I was upset. Like I couldn’t care less about her or her brows, it’s all about the customer. But whatever, I have kept my word in not going back because this place is a joke. Don’t go there. There are two other bars I would recommend because the people who work at this bar are so petty, unprofessional and lack quality and consistency in their work. You’ve been warned.

Terrible customer service, called while I was on my way for Tanya specifically. Told me she went on break at 2 o clock, and it was 1:52 when I walked in. I asked her to take me and she said she had to go on break and come back after three. It was still 8 minutes until two o clock. She could have taken me. And her mother is the owner of the place, that is terrible representation for a business that you own. They lost all my business and I will never refer any of my friends to this place. What happened to going above and beyond for guests. when she seen me walk out, she didn’t even care to earn my business my back. I guess an hour break from the business you own is that important. Dream browz is a much better eyebrow place in aventura anyways.

Threading & tinting of my eyebrows. I had amazing results! Very helpful staff. Very clean & super fun salon!

I use to love this place but… I made an appointment for 2.30, arrived 3 minutes early, they made me wait even though there was a free eyebrow tech available, and then they took someone that walked in 10 min later and continued to make me wait. The reason I was told was because I did not specify a specific person. There was a free tech that could have been done with me in the 10 minutes they had me wait. Bad customer service. I was a regular I’ll never go back! I gave them 1 star because they «were» good.

If I had to shave half my eyebrows off I would have stayed home and saved myself some money. Ive had my eyebrows threaded several times before at other places, never had a problem… I know they aren’t hard to do. I didn’t have an appointment and took the first available lady to do my eyebrows. Maybe it’s just her who sucks… I dunno. .but I expected better given the reviews.

This has been my go-​to-​place for the past 2 years. They’re customer service is great, very attentive and professional. All the brow specialists are very good at what they do. If you show your student ID you get 10% off and also check Groupon for deals.

It’s painful but it’s worth it! And if you present your student ID you’ll receive a 10% discount. I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years now. I discovered it through my best friend. She has thick eyebrows and this is the only place that never messes up her brows. They always leave your brows looking great and are very attentive as soon as you walk in. Used to always come here, but quality of threading is not consistent. Finally let my eyebrows grow out (3months) to get them looking perfect again and unfortunately they did not look even. I’m not a perfectionist, but it looks like each eyebrow belongs to a different person. Unsatisfied with the service today. Probably won’t be coming back. Luckily there are other alternatives near by. Gave this place many chances, especially with all the upgrades to the salon and advertising they are doing, but the key thing they haven’t learned is customer service and consistent quality.
There has been high turnover and I feel that the techs skills aren’t up to par with previous techs.

Best place to get your eye brows threaded! Love the atmosphere and staff is very nice. Also great value for many services! Highly recommend to make appointment with Tania the owner, shes the best and super sweet!

I just happened to stumble upon this place, while waiting to meet the hubby for lunch. I was able to walk in and have my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Sharon was awesome. From the moment you walk it they are fantastic. Great customer service. The prices are reasonable. $ 12 for threading is the norm. But they offer packages. They also have a referral program. I would definitely return and would refer everyone. They did warn me that weekends are very busy so make an appointment.

The staff is welcoming & professional. $ 22.00 for brow tinting & threading was on spot. Tania is fantastic at shaping brows. I highly recommend Brow Obsession.

I like the location, it’s near where I live. In the beginning it was a bit hard to find.
The place is nicely decorate and nice service from the front with free drinks.
Eyebrows shaped it’s alright, I have not been able to find a provider that I like. I already tried 3 different ones. I might try other locations soon.
I enjoy they months offers.

It was my 1^st time with threading. I went early in the morning and had a girl who was very conservative and not much of a change from my tweeting… I went back later in the afternoon… receptionist very accommodating and I saw Sharon who was amazing and for the 1^st time my brows are beautifully shaped and I am super happy!!!

I had an appointment to get my brows threaded and tinted by Tania and was super happy with the job she did and with how sweet she was.
I also ended up getting a 20 minute facial done with Sharon and was a pretty nice treatment for $ 20.
Forgot how bad traffic was in Aventura plus the salon is a little hidden in between the plaza so give yourself plenty of time to get there, park and find the salon.
I missed my appointment due to traffic and not knowing where the salon was exactly but luckily Tania was available when I walked in.
I’ll be coming back every 2 weeks.
Attention was great, my eyebrows look very nice and the tint looks natural. The salon is clean and organized plus you get a free beverage of your choice while there.
