This blooming dale was really organized and clean.!-!” A lot of good brands. They just had a gucci store added and also their price was good and affordable too. A lot of famous brand names. Employees were really good and fast. They tried to help me any time i came. I don’t need to wait for long time to finish my shopping and paying here. I always got a good deal every time i came. Sometimes they had triple bonus point that help you got a good reward. High recommended

No one ever picks up the phone in customer service, to connect you to a certain department it is seriously so annoying and frustrating. You can get a hold of the president easier. The customer service is horrible. They need new managers and some training from Nordstroms. Will no longer shop here, they have nothing you can not buy any place else.

This store has gone way downhill. Do NOT register at this store. We did our wedding registry here and it was probably the single most frustrating experience of our year. Abysmal customer service. We ordered my husband’s shoes for the wedding online and the order was cancelled without notification. As a result they put the money back on our gift card… Which we had shredded after we spent the money. So now, it’s been months and they still can’t figure out how to get those gift cards back to us. Also my husband had to scramble in the last week before the wedding to get new shoes. This is just one story of MANY. This store is horrendous. Register somewhere else!

The only times I would dare to venture into Bloomies is to check out their jean selection. A few years back flare jeans were in, I would purchase them at least once or every two month. Today I see the style is coming back once again.
Also if you look hard enough you will see a few clearance racks i hiding with the regular prices clothes.
As for customer service, pretty spotty. You will have some sales people that won’t even bother to come up to you and then you have some. If you do have that helpful salesperson, they will assist in getting additional sizes for you while you are in the dressing room.
Overall you already know the audience Bloomies attracts so the vibe could be weird unless you dress the part.

Made an appointment to have my makeup done as I was in desperate need for a change. When I called the Chanel counter I was greeted by the most engaging and friendly person. So I was delighted Aaron was able to make the appointment with himself upon request. I have been a loyal customer of the brand for many years. He promptly reviewed my current regiment and truly listened to what I wanted. I bought several of the items he used with a listing of all items applied so that I can refer to on future visits. Very professional and well maintained counters. Aaron is only 22 years old, what a treasure he is for both Chanel and Bloomingdales. They will all be that more successful because of him. I will be back again soon.

If you need a Louis Vuitton purse, go straight to Bloomingdales at Aventura Mall to see Victor as a client sale, he will help you to choose the best one that he can, he doesn’t care you have money or not, even time to serve you, he’s happy to encourage every purse even you don’t buy .I have ever seen any sale man as patient as him anytime i go to any Louis Vuitton store in South Florida. Finally, he helped me to pick the best Alma GM in Indigo. I got a lot of compliments from my co-​worker. Highly recommended. Love you Victor, please stay there to work don’t go to North Carolina. Today I visited Bloomingdale’s aventura the men’s shoe department great service as always just need better selection of sneakers

I find shopping for suits about as pleasurable as listening to a knife scratch a plate. However, it must be done once every 10 years, and Bloomie’s is as good as any. Great selection, especially on clearance items and no shortage of salespeople willing to help. A special shout out to Kourtney (a guy) who went above and beyond (staying 1 hour after his shift ended) to help me select and alter my new suit… most definitely a man with great style acumen and infinite patience. Got a great deal and I must say the suit looks sharp.

Bloomingdale’s is my favorite department store. They have higher end items than Macy’s or Sears but the entire store is not all high end like Neiman Marcus.
This particular Bloomingdale’s is a nice size and they have a good diverse selection of all departments for both men and women’s fashions.
The east entrance is close to the multi level parking structure on the south side of mall which is nice if you want the shade.
The fragrance and cosmetic area is really crowded, loud and busy. I try to avoid that area since I don’t have any business there but it takes a significant portion of the first floor.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to return a rug at the rug department where I bought the rug from and they wouldn’t take it back. Said I needed to mail it back directly to vendor in original packing. After explaining I didn’t have that anymore. They refused to give me new packing material. Had to lug the 70 lb rug back to my home.
Talked to customer service told me they would have someone come to my house and pack it, label it and return it. I was super happy. Then no one came. Called customer service again and they told yes we told you that but we can’t do that. Been over 10 days. I still have rug and a «sympathetic» apology. I’ll never shop at Bloomingdales again. They make it really not fun and difficult.

Best Bloomingdales in the world this Aventura location is incredible. The staff is friendly and the store is very well organized it also smells so good it smells like fresh perfume the best. Love this store

The store is great, customer service is fabulous, however men’s selection is not too great.

It’s like NO other store in the World! Die hard Bloomies girl!

Great Bloomys! They have a large woman’s selection– the shoes are great, and the handbags are great as well. Tory burch section is plentiful, which is important!
If you head upstairs, you’ll see a huuuuuuge clothing section! Great place for the following brands: Theory, James Perse, Joie, Aqua– biggest selection of Aqua i’ve ever seen!!, and many other great brands. They also have lots of sale racks to pick through, which is a win in my book. The customer service could be better, but i don’t go here for that– just to shop by myself and scour the sale racks.

This is a great store — most people get that. But do they know they have the very best breakfast and lunch in Aventura? I kid you not — tucked in the women’s department on the second floor is a small restaurant.
The food is incredibly fresh and healthy. They make the best brunch and egg dishes. The vegetable soup is incredible and the sandwiches are home runs. My kids love the chicken with the sweet potato fries.
The service is — Bloomingdals, top notch. They also have a daily fat free yogurt that is included in many of the meals.
Special shout out to — Tulih Amber. He is great in men’s shoes — thanks for making it easy.

There’s nothing like this store, where the Nordstroms at the Aventura mall lack the selection, Bloomies will certainly overwhelm you with choices! Surprised to see my fav Laundry and even the London-​based brand I love. They even have a restaurant. This is my new go-​to place in Miami-​Dade, so long Nordstroms!

This store is clean and spotless. The customer service is very approachable and helpful. I was shopping last minute and I needed Christmas presents and had no clue what to buy, I gave the sales associate a budget and within 30 minutes my shopping was done. He even went under my budget so I bought myself a Christmas present too! The gift wrapping department does a terrific job. The only downfall in this store is they only carry high-​end brands, they don’t even have Marc Jacobs watches?! Must be nice!

This is the best Bloomingdales in Miami-​Dade county.
That being said, the customer service is less than stellar.
The female associates all wear little black bags – each of which must contain a cell phone, because many associates are on theirs constantly.
It takes an act of God for someone to offer their assistance, and when they do it’s probably going to be overbearing. Put your shoulder-​pads on and prepare for some serious battle if you want to shop in peace.
Merchandise selection is FANTASTIC, and the merchandising is artful. Occasionally they have art installations, which add something to the experience.
Nice place to shop, but it could be better…

A very nice layout for a Bloomingdale’s. The first floor Men’s department is very complete — with a large shoe section (pushy sales people) and all of the latest and best clothes necessary for a man to be well dressed. Located in the Aventura Mall, it is one of the main department stores, and is definitely the most upscale. There is a Louis Vuitton located inside the store (in addition to the large main store on the other side of the mall). This is a great store if you are looking for a perfect pair of Ferragamo shoes, or just that pair of designer sunglasses you can’t find anywhere else. Its nice. Everyone is very attentive. There are areas that are a bit disorganized. A good place to find that shirt or pair of pants no one else will be wearing.

This location has the better selection (for most things) compared to the Falls location. On the flip side they are 10 times busier and Aventura can attract some rather tough people to deal with. I have dealt with Denio for the last couple years (though no longer in the men’s suit department) for purchasing suits, trousers, dress shirts, ties, etc, as his service has been superb. He has contacted me for suit promotions, special ordered merchandise and followed up with any issues I may have come accrossed. Bloomingdales often has specials going on, I have had my share of deals here. Quality brands, good pricing, good selection. Would come here more often if it wasn’t always so hectic on weekends.
Also, as a side note, the tailoring jobs they have done have always been solid. And tailoring prices are quite fair.
