My Recommendation is do not use this firm. I was in a car accident 3 years ago. They made $ 33,000 just off my case alone, not including my husband. They never sent me confirmation that all the bills have been paid eventhough I requested so numerous times and now 3 years later I am getting harassed by Jackson Hospitals collection department.
1) Never sent me copies and confirmation that all checks were deposited.
2) Never kept track of my bills, I did all that on my own.
3) Got a call from a collections company 3 years after a severe car accident that they never recieved payment.
4) Law Firm claims they sent out a check but they will have to investigaye it.
5) 1 week later Law Firm said they can’t pull up old records, they are in storage. They will just re-​send a new check. (hmmmm suspicious. Why re-​pay something you paid.)
6) I asked if they can pay it by credit card and they said no. I asked if I can pay it with my own credit card and they said no. I told them then I want a tracking number to confirm receipt of check.
7) I check tracking and the envelope containing the check is being sent back to Law Firm.
8) I again asked them if we can pay by Credit Card and again they tell me no.
9) When is the new check being issued? Their response, when we receive the old check back.
10) 1 month passed and the collections comapny has still not gotten paid!!!
Not even a sorry or yes we made a huge mistake by not trying to balance our books to see we are over $ 1,900 something dollars.
My recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS THIS LAW FIRM!!!
BTW: They charge you for faxing things using paper etc. Excuse me but I work in an office and I NEVER charge my clients for the use of my fax machine or paper.
