if i could give zero stars i would this place is horrible the sales people are the worst unprofessional and lazy shame on you at&t for hiring the worst employees ever. i waited 45 minutes to buy a sim card.

The representatives at this store need customer training. They act as though they are doing you a favor to sell you a phone and give you bad service. I will never purchase another phone from AT&T at this store! Yesenia and Osvaldo — you can keep your phones. Me thinks not. If I need something at the AT&T store, I will drive to 125th street or to Hollywood to avoid your horrible store! Don’t waste your time. They don’t have inventory and they don’t have the time to help you. And, then they are happy when you leave so they can talk amongst themselves and text their friends. No thank you AT&T!
