I’ve been going here for different services over the years. I got a pedicure today with Francesca, she is awesome and really takes the time and effort to do a wonderful job. You can tell she really loves what she does and it makes a huge difference. The only thing I would suggest to them is that they put on a fresh coat of paint and do up the interior, it’s starting to look shabby.

Love Mosaic Salon and have been coming here for years! Everyone is very professional and its upscale without being snobby or pretentious. All the hairstylists appear to do good work but Suzanne is an exceptional hairstylist with magic hands. I would never let anyone else touch my hair especially after years of searching for a great stylist. She has a great personality and I always feel at ease with her. I recommend her to anyone searching for an exceptional stylist and your hair will thank you.

The service here is wonderful, the girls are extremely friendly and make you feel so comfortable and relaxed.

I have been to many salons and spas before but nothing like Mosaic. I recently moved over an hour away and still make the drive for a facial and mani and pedi once a month. The presence when you walk in is relaxing. Everything is spotless and clean. They have a beverage and snack lounge to relax and wait before they call you in. The people there are experienced, attentive and welcoming. Im always pleased when I leave there. For hair Carmen’s your girl! For a facial, see Sandy! If you never been to Mosaic I suggest you try it out and you most likely will not go anywhere else!!!

I love this place! Been going here for almost 10 years. The massages are amazing. About a year ago I started to get my hair cut there by Carmen. She is great and my hair never looked so good. I wish I discovered her sooner.

I have been here many times for many treatments. I used to come regularly before I got married. The services are great. The interior of the lounge and exterior of the shop needs renovations it’s very dated and the furniture is a bit tatted.
For the price of the services it would be nice to be offered a better product of appearance. There is a lot of bird poop outside right before you walk in, that grossed me out to no end. That shouldn’t be the first thing that I see when entering a place that is offering me relaxation services.
Beata was great she did my facial. Great job. The only thing was that she cleaned out one of my pores too harshly so it scared my face by my nose. I called management «Dee» three times and she called me back 4 days later. I emailed ownership, «Katrina» she didn’t respond but when Dee did she offered me a credit for the value of the facial. *Appreciated recovery service.*

They’re professional but not snobby, nice and efficient and always smiling. The stylists are experienced and attentive. I always walk out feeling like a million dollars! Dee is a rock star — I can throw any photo or clipping as the her foe hairstyle ideas and she will make it happen according to my face and hair with amazing results.
For the price, I would be hard pressed to go somewhere else and why would I? For me the cut is critical, but the attitude is also key and they nail it on all levels here!

Stephanie is the absolute best! I’ve known her for years and not only is she my personal hair stylist she is one of my great friends. she knows what she’s doing and she listens to exactly what you want. Definetely go see her ASAP for hair and makeup!

I love getting my hair colored by Stephanie. She takes her time and knows her colors! If you are even the least bit unsure of how the color came out she will do everything in order to make you happy (even if she has to stay late). She is super sweet. You will not be disappointed.

Went to the spa with two friends to have a girl’s day. Between us we had 3 facials, 3 massages, 2 manicures, 1 pedicure and 2 haircut/​style. It was a fantastic day. Everything was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very, very nice from the front desk to each of the specialists. We are planning another spa day in a few weeks.

I’ve been coming here since ~2012 and always get compliments on my haircut afterwards (and I have thick, curly hair)! I’ve also gotten my hair colored here too. The place itself is clean and the staff is very welcoming. I always recommend to anyone in the area.

Got a brazillian here twice now, she did a terrific job both times. Price is a bit high though, 65.00 for men if I recall correctly.

Got a haircut from Carmen. She’s really good and did a great job. I can’t count the number of times I hv gotten compliments on my haircut. Everyone loves it.
I hv also had manicures and pedicures but will def recommend Carmen if your looking fr a FABULOUS haircut

I purchased Gift Certificates that the company is not honoring. It has NO EXPIRATION date on the certificates. I am holding the ORIGINAL certificates. I first called the place of business and spoke with a representative to see if the gift certificates were still usable as I was gifting them to my niece for her 21^st birthday. The representative asked me to hold on the line as she wanted to confirm with her supervisor, after 10 minutes on hold she came back on the line and stated «yes, we they are valid and that the only thing is that you can not come on a Friday or Saturday to use them». I said thank you and then handed the certificates to my niece as a birthday gift and said the words «enjoy». My niece then decides to make an appointment and another woman picks up the phone and says to first bring the certificates by or fax a copy and they will check if valid. She was then told that they are too old. When I came to know about this, I reached out to the owner of the establishment. I left 2 messages and emailed her twice. Only after my third call, I received a call back from the owner Katrina. She says she will not honor those certificates as they are too old. I explained to her that these are original certificates that one of her staff already verified with their supervisor and that I have already gifted it and she was really harsh and inconsiderate in her tone. I did not appreciate the response in such an unprofessional manner, that also from the owner.

I had my hair dyed and cut at this salon. The color supposed to be dark brown, came out red. Then the hair cut didn’t come out right. It looked different than on the picture I provided. Bottom line, I strongly would not recommand it. The girls who work there are not experienced enough.

The perfect spot to enjoy a wonderful pedi and mani. Francesca treats me like a queen and is fantastic at her job! Hours are great so I recommend this spa for a day away…

The massage I received was not the best. I told the girl I had pain in my upper back and neck and she barely focused on it, she kept going for my legs. I kept telling her otherwise
The services were overpriced in my opinion and when I left the tip for the girl the lady behind the counter watched me and rolled her eyes as she saw how much I put ! I tipped 15% which she shouldn’t even have got

Came with a gift certificate for my birthday and scheduled a theraputic spa. I’ve been putting some serious time at the gym and as a result just was feeling sore all over. Scheduled it for a late Sunday morning. The place was empty at the time, except for a woman getting her hair done. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and escorted me to the waiting area. Its a little room with an electric fireplace and they have coffee, tea, and get this — donuts and bagels. Ok part of me was ecstatic, but then I thought about it… donut before a massage? Anyway, after a very brief wait, Lisa came and escorted me to where I’d be having a massage. Dimly lit room with some pleasant music and a Himalayan salt lamp giving off a nice glow. Lisa was AMAZING. She had the right amount of pressure and I was in heaven. I seriously wanted to shed a tear when it was over because I easily could taken a nap right there for an hour or two. I’ll definitely request her when I go back!

I’ve been coming to Mosaic for 4 years, mainly for waxing services. Izabela is amazing! I can’t recommend her enough, I get compliments on my eyebrows constantly! I’ve tried a few other spa services as well and have never been disappointed. The front desk is great, always friendly and accommodating. There’s a nice lounge room if your wait is going to be more than a couple minutes, with some snacks and coffee.

Great massage. I came a years for a day of beauty my hubby bought me, and I was happy with the services. I went back last weekend with a friend for a massage, and it was fantastic. The service is great too. We got there early, so the host set us up in the sauna complementarity. We were also able to relax in the lounge area where they have water, coffee, tea and pasties. It was such a nice experience. We’ll both be back.
I cannot speak to the hair salon here because I have my hair cut elsewhere, but the people leaving all looked nice.
