Their customer service skills are very poor. I asked for clarification on an estimate that I received, simply because I wanted to make sure I understood everything. The response that I received from the person that I was working with was very condescending and they treated me as though I was a major inconvenience.
I will not be bringing my car to be repaired at a shop that treats their customers this way. Customer service is a very important part of any business and I would suggest that Lee’s rethinks how it treats potential customers.
