I can not say enough how pleased I was with Michele and her team! Michele helped us make a girls weekend in Avalon just perfect. We started with Yoga on the beach and moved to massages in our rental home. Everything was seamless and Michele was so easy to work with and her whole team were fabulous! THANK YOU for helping me set up a special weekend for us all to remember!!!

My sister and I enjoyed our massages here. The setting is serene and clean, part yoga studio. I love the heated table and warm, not wet, towels. The therapist asked about pressure preference and she was spot on. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. I had a massage by Chrissy– she did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and hit all the problem spots without me telling her where they were. Still relaxed hours later!

I was given a prenatal massage gift certificate and at 8 ½ months pregnant, I was super excited to use it.
Called and scheduled an appointment with Michele, the owner, for a time that was convenient for me.
Let me just say, I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and even had a prenatal massage elsewhere when I was just 5 months. This was probably the BEST massage I have ever had! By combining Eastern and Western techniques, Michele was able to alleviate the pinched feeling from my sciatica, all while working with me laying comfortably on my side. She used a wonderful combination of essential oils for aromatherapy. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some stretches that I could do at home to help with my sciatica too. I will be going back after this little one gets here for some mommy time :)

Great massage, calm atmosphere and affordable price for a massage. They booked five of us over the weekend and everyone agreed that the massage was enjoyable and the staff was very personable.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage in Avalon. Also, one of our party is pregnant with twins, and she was especially appreciative of the massage geared specifically towards pregnant women.
