Zippy Is Silly has 40 years of professional service with children, as an award winning special education teacher (but now retired) and as a magical, balloon twisting clown. You may have spotted Zippy Is Silly and his balloons as far back as the Austin Aqua Fest or at nearly every Pecan Street Festival. Maybe you saw him at the library or the annual Seton Natal Reunion. Zippy Is Silly has entertained at hundreds of children’s birthday parties over the years. The Zilker Park Playscape is where Zippy Is Silly likes best to hang out on weekends.
