Kevin and his crew were great! They surpassed all our expectations. They later had to come back and take care of where some concrete guys covered up heads and Angel was like a magician! They were very reasonable on their initial cost and did everything as proposed. Highly recommended!

I just had to take a moment to say that good customer service is not dead! I called these guys this morning and spoke to Marshall (I think that was his name). Anyhow, he was so polite and helpful. Half way through the conversation we found out that there service was not really what I needed and so instead of hanging up, Marshall got me names and phone numbers of other folks who could help me. He provided me with advice as well for my issue! I couldn’t help myself, I had to review! I can tell these folks want to help – and they do!

I tried unsuccessfully with 4 different irrigation companies to add one little station to my existing system with no luck. Wilson sent out Greg and he was patient, thoughtful and actually solved my irrigation issue. It turned out better than I had planned! I highly recommend Wilson Irrigation!

Wilson did extensive modifications to my home irrigation system in April 2015 as a result of new landscaping. Employees worked to arrange sprinkler heads optimally and to minimize damage to the yard. They came on schedule, worked very efficiently, adhered to the estimated cost, and returned promptly to correct some small problems. I was also impressed by their willingness to answer questions and provide options.

Eric and Oscar came out and fixed everything! They were easy to deal with, were on time, kept me very posted about things, and the price was fair. I’d use them again, and I’d ask for Eric.

We live out of state and went by Unilocal reviews to find a good and reputable company to install an irrigation system in a house we had just bought in Austin.
Since I’m an architect and manage large commercial construction projects for a living I had very high expectations. After three other bids were evaluated, Wilson had the best price and best customer service. Permitting and installation went smoothly and as-​built drawings, warranty, and a maintenance checklist were provided to us within a week. I highly recommend these guys!

I had trouble finding a sprinkler company that wasn’t booked up for the next few weeks. I had a frustrating time with a different company (nameless) and decided to cut my losses and switch to Wilson since they had some availability. Kevin went to the property and provided an estimate for what he felt needed doing. He also left a detailed vmail on my phone (since we were playing phone tag a lot). I scheduled a repair and the two guys came over on time (8:30am Saturday). They explained everything, did the work really quickly, and were very professional. I would recommened Wilson Irrigation.
The only reason I dropped a star is because they took their time to get back to me sometimes. I’m not complaining about that though — everyone really is busy and so that’s acceptable to me, just not perfect, which is what 5-​stars would indicate. I am a fan though, which is what 4-​stars indicates.

I have had great experience with Wilson Irrigation. I am a very demanding customer, and they have been extraordinarily helpful in every way. They seem to have an excellent staff; every person I’ve spoken to or worked with (in the office or in the field) has been knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to spend time helping me. This is an excellent irrigation company.

I had Wilson out to try to figure out why my rainbird system went haywire. We had four stations that all started to go off simultaneously in the middle of the night even when i had the system shut to off. I had to turn the water off on the sytem. the guys came out two the day after made the appointment, and in a couple of minutes identified it as a glitch in our system caused by a brief power outage. they reset the system, and since i paid for a one hour service call they checked all my stations and even replaced a couple of sprinkler heads. $ 75 for the call. I am very satisfied. Thanks

The guys failed to call or show up. After 25 minutes I tried calling the main office and got an answering machine. Later on I got a call from the guy saying he was running late. It takes me 20 minutes to get to my house and back so I wasted 70 minutes with these people.
Also they couldn’t schedule anything sooner then 2 weeks out. Big time waster.

I purchased a home with a sprinkler system that wasn’t functioning well. I contacted Wilson Irrigation to come evaluate and make needed repairs. Service was prompt and professional. They traced the problem to low flow from the city meter. The city came out and fixed the meter and Wilson returned to continue sprinkler repairs. Everything got straightened out and is now working well.

If you ever have trouble with your sprinkler system, as I do every now and then. These guys are a godsend.
They run a tight ship and will get everything straightened out quickly and efficiently. I’ve used them a few times since moving to Austin and I’ve been impressed every time.
