Let me start by saying the call to Brad was a panicked one. it’s never a call you want to have to make… but, Brad got JP and Arnold to my house w/​in an hour. I had a tub leak and it got underneath my hardwood floors. JP and Arnold started working right away. Both guys were super nice and understanding. As you can imagine, their job is reactionary and when people need them, they need them NOW. They did everything that needed to be done and they saved my hardwood floors. Everything is back to normal a couple days later. I could not be happier with their service and the team is a great bunch of guys. Highly recommend Water Damage Restoration!

We had a major leaking recently. The water come all the way through ceiling and damage our wood floor. We called them because of good Unilocal review. Brad and JP came to give us professional opinions and estimates including DRY and REPAIR which most companies won’t give in the beginning. They brought many fancy equipments to help dry the house and suck the water out from wood floor. In the end, we are very happy about their good work.

These guys are truly amazing and of service. I had a major leak in my house and they were there within 30 minutes, fixed everything and were so friendly.

Prompt. Reasonable. Minimally intrusive. JP and his partner came out THAT NIGHT and started work to dry out our house. They made as few holes in the wall and ceiling as possible, and they made cuts in the carpet along seams. The insurance adjuster came out and commented that their work was excellent, «These guys know what their doing.» The adjuster told me also that their price was reasonable, stating that some companies charge double what they need to. CALL THEM FIRST.

Pipes burst! Call plumber and I stop the bleeding but the aftermath was four rooms that looked like Lake Travis. I call Water Damage of Austin and JP showed up in 45 mins. Immediately I knew I was with the right guys. They dealt directly with my insurance company and Brad, the owner, was awesome. He was able to hold my insurance co. accountable on things that them or I would have never thought have. I would recommend them to Anyone!!!

My wife and I are so impressed with Arnold and and Brad. We called originally at 12:30 am and by 2 Arnold was at our home and had everything lined up for what we were against. We didn’t decide to move forward until noon the next day but Arnold was back out here by 1. Four days later the noise and the equipment left… DRY!
Nobody wants to have to use anyone in that business but if you do I highly suggest calling these guys. This, unfortunately, isn’t our first flood. When Onion Creek flooded a few years ago we were not as fortunate to have used them.

Brad came out and immediately accessed the damages. Spent a ton of time first figuring out how bad the problem is and even more time letting me know in detail what all is involved. In the end I have to say that I am very impressed and would HIGHLY Recommend this company to anyone. Pricing is more than fair.

If you look up customer service in the dictionary you would see Brads name! His motto is to treat every customers house like his own Mothers home and I’ll stand by that statement. If you ever have water damage Brad is your guy.

Joel (Brad’s partner) came out today on very short notice and took a look at a water leak we had yesterday. We were worried about potential water damage and Joel did a thorough test of the area and came to the conclusion that no permanent damage had been done and therefore there was no need to do any repairs to the carpet or nearby area.
We’re thankful to have called Joel and for his timely response and for his integrity in letting us know that this wasn’t a big problem and that no work was needed. We’ll be calling Brad and Joel first on any future problems. Thank you guys!

On Tuesday water backed up against our home’s foundation and leaked under the walls, thoroughly soaking about 400 square feet of carpet and causing a huge mess. As soon as my wife and I figured out that this was too much for us to handle alone (after business hours, no less), we gave Brad a call and he was out there in an hour! He and his crew worked until the wee hours to get things drying out, both under the carpet and within the walls, and by Saturday everything was dry as a bone.
He quoted us a fair price for the work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. If you’ve got water and you want it gone, call Brad and he’ll take care of it!

Brad Farr and his crew came to my rescue. My rental house was flooded by the rising river of the Blanco on Memorial Day weekend. He and Jeff worked nonstop preparing the house for contractors to come in and work. They took down all the damaged drywall and everything that was affected. They removed the debris and power washed the inside of the house. Brad is very professional. He is caring, understanding and a good Christian man. He bent over backwards to help not only me but my 80 year old mother-in-law’s guest house. If you need a job done Brad is your man!

We didn’t get it as bad as much of Austin, but we did get water in our garage and laundry room. We called Brad and he came out the same day. He squeezed us in with the other folks who got hit harder by the rain and put in fans and a dehumidifier. The service was professional and pickup was easy when it was all done.

I can’t say enough good things about Water Damage Restoration of Austin and Brad Farr. We had had several floods in our house due to some work we were in progress of having done. I spoke to several larger, chain-​like companies and then called Brad. He was super busy and really didn’t have time to fit me in but he found a way and came that night with his equipment ready and he beat the cost of the larger companies by a considerable amount. We had fans on for 48 hours straight and then only when it rained (which it did a lot this past weekend) and he didn’t charge us extra for having the fans longer. He also gave us some advice on how to fix the problem. I was very comfortable with having him in our home and would recommend him highly.

Had I known what was coming, I would have started gathering animals two by two and building an ark. The water spewed forth from the broken hose like an angry serpent. It struck me in the face. I couldn’t see and I was soaking wet. The cut-​off valve was stuck.

He was calm, capable, and helped me navigate through the whole insurance claim process. Over the course of several days, Brad was the ray of sunshine throughout the entire harrowing ordeal. I can’t imagine a better person to have help you through a flood. Finally, back on dry land!

With 53 fans and 12 commercial dehumidifiers no job is too small or too big. We built a business off of family values and making sure the job isn’t done until the customer agrees that they received five star service.

Our issue was an old and hail damaged roof leaking in three places in our house. in a nutshell Brad and his team made the problem go away. Roof repaired, interior walls dried inside and out, treated and fixed. Can’t even tell where the repairs done… it’s that good. Brad is a real pro. Very cordial and a real straight shooter. Fixed it all quickly and under budget. Not a negative thing to say about Brad and his guys. Hope I never need him again but without a doubt I know who to call if I do.
