Business Owner
Our Director, Sofia Wiltens, LPT/Owner, brings 30 plus years of clinical expertise into her practice. She graduated with honors from Athens, Greece along with studies at Stanford University, and attended other osteopathic schools throughout Europe.
She has continued studies throughout the US and abroad, making it a point to study with renowned teachers around the world who differ in their approach to treatment. Her trainings include trigger point therapy, myofascial therapy, muscle energy, manual therapy, McKenzie, Grimsby, Rocabado, and Feldenkrais techniques, pelvic floor, and core program trainings.
