The receptionist and Dr. Pickett are not good with the patients. I saw the receptionist ignore, and then chastise a man that had obviously been waiting for a long time to be seen. She then treated another couple rudely, stating several times that she had no information on them. She did not give my husband the correct details he needed to do a test, so we were told we need to come back again, because he didn’t do the test correctly. The doctor nor the nurses said anything before the test either. Dr. Pickett did not give clear answers and seemed annoyed that we even asked questions. The don’t have openings for appointments so we have to wait another month to be seen again. I asked if we could see another doctor in the practice and she didn’t even look, just said NO. We are done to say the least. This is after 2 crappy experiences.

Have come here every year since I got older. On time usually, accounting always correct, careful and considerate exams. Yea!
