Reviewing CUs is hard because you’re partly evaluating face-​to-​face service performed at a particular location by humans, and in part assessing a network of online and corporate services shared by everyone.
This location does not have drive through teller services or even the same services as the location at Brodie Lane. But, after having an extremely frustrating and annoying experience with the call center, I finally went in to the nearest branch, which was in Westlake. The agent I dealt with here was very helpful. I don’t understand the poor attitudes of the call center reps and difficulty getting help over the phone, but at least customers can get help at this branch (based on my two on-​site visits).
