Unfortunately there is not an option for no stars or even half of one for that matter. My group of friends had the unfortunate opportunity to experience what doing business with Phillip Cohen from UBSki is like. We booked a huge house in Breckenridge Colorado so that we can all stay together and reunite as good friends for an amazing vacation. Unfortunately Phillip has some kind of problem doing his job. 2 days prior to all of us catching our flights to Colorado, we came to discover that our accommodations were never booked nor were we notified that they weren’t. In a desperate dash to avoid a disaster we contacted Mr. Cohen to try to alleviate this problem. He made a terrible attempt at finding a place for us to stay by booking 2 town homes to accommodate our group. I googled these town homes and came to discover that the individual who runs the Managment company that runs the location is under investigation by ICE for stealing social security numbers to hire illegal immigrants. Also, the town homes seem to be trapped in 1984. He honestly thought that my wife and I staying in a bunk bed with 2 other adults was even remotely a possibility. Mr. Cohen then stated that we would be staying for free but when he told us the amount each person would be refunded his figures were off by about 5 hundred dollars. DO NOT USE UBSki. There are a million other reputable service that I’m confident would never cause a situation such as the one my friends and I are in. I’m honestly in the process of packing my bags to catch my flight in 2 days and I’m considering not finishing packing and staying home and that’s a lot coming from me because I love vacations. Save yourself a hassle and use a different booking service.
