Established in 2015.

Before founding Trusty Oak, Founder and CEO, Amber McGinty spent five years at Shelton Interactive, a rapidly growing digital agency based in Austin, TX. Four of those years, she was responsible for hiring and leading both local and virtual teams while working closely with clients ranging from CEOs to bestselling authors to build their brand online.

Through her leadership of these teams and in working with high-​performing individuals across the country, Amber recognized the need for consistent, quality executive assistant services for these busy professionals, and could understand firsthand the challenges of selecting and hiring the right person for the job.

Trusty Oak was also founded to create new job opportunities for administrative professionals who are interested in building their own part-​time or full-​time business, but don’t want to do it alone. Trusty Oak provides training, marketing support, competitive pay, and a team environment for those passionate about serving.

Before founding Trusty Oak, Amber McGinty spent five years at Shelton Interactive, a rapidly growing digital agency based in Austin, TX. As VP of Operations, she helped lead the company’s growth to #15 on Austin Business Journal’s Fast50 List in 2014.

Amber enjoys fostering strong relationships and increasing trust with team members and clients alike. She loves solving problems for individuals, companies and churches that are impacting the world around them in a big, positive way.

She is also a member of the leadership team and marketing team at Life Unlimited Church, where she serves by advising on digital strategy and managing the church website. Amber lives with her husband, Mike, in Austin, TX with their three cats (Lilly, Azalea and Fievel — follow @lillyrascalkitty on Instagram), and absolutely loves spending time with her niece and three nephews.
