I purchased Groupon #509-​AP, expiring 27 February 2113 in the amount of $ 189 for Interior and Exterior Cleaning of 30 Wondows with Truly Clear Window Cleaning and Pressure Cleaning. I scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation. Ten minutes after the appointment timeI called the company to let them know that no one showed up. Then I read
comments and surmise this company will probably not show up and not return my call.

Work Description: I purchased two window washing (12 windows) «deals» for $ 49 each on LivingSocial. Appointments were booked before the coupons expired. Truly Clear Window Cleaning was the vendor and they never showed up nor would they answer calls or emails other than the automated email to schedule
Comments: Terrible. No show and won’t answer email or voicemails. I’m processing a refund through LivingSocial.
After booking, we left 1 message on August 7^th (along with an email) and two messages on September 19^th and two messages on September 20^th — all with no response.
These guys are bad news. Look at their reviews here and on Angie’s List (all one stars there).

Too bad there isn’t an option to give ZERO stars, because that’s what this guy would get. Like everyone else, I bought the online deal to have twelve windows cleaned, inside and outside, for $ 50. I went online to schedule it a few days after I bought it back in June and the first date available was August 15^th. I booked it and received an email confirmation that it was scheduled. August 15^th rolled around and I went home early to be there for my 3:00 appointment, but the guy never showed up and never called. I called both numbers listed for the business and left messages but never got a call back. Fortunately I was able to get a credit for what I paid, but it is only a credit to be used with Crowd Savings, not a credit to my credit card which is what I would have preferred.
Stay away from this a-​hole!

I purchased a Groupon for window washing, and finally reached the owner to schedule. When he came out several months later, which was the soonest date he had, he came by himself with no crew or equipment. He said the house needed a powerwash which they could do for 400.00. I said I just wanted the window washing, and would pay for the extra windows to be washed also. (about 10 extra)
He persisted in trying to convince me to do the power wash first, because if they washed the windows only, the dirt from the roof would dirty the windows again. I said I would think about it. Like I said, he was alone, no crew, so obviously he had no intention of washing ANY windows that day. I told him I would call back to reschedule.
I thought about it, and decided this was just a scam to get other more expensive work sold. The merchant makes I believe half of what you paid for the Groupon coupon. Therefore, he was getting around 20. for doing nothing
. I called Groupon and they credited my account for future Groupon purchases. I believe I will only buy Groupon or these other social coupons for food or businesses that have been around for a while, or have a good rating on Unilocal.
Stay away from this business, it is a scam!

Purchased on Groupon, set a date way in the future, about 6 weeks I think. They never showed. Tried to contact them, then Groupon spent a couple of weeks trying to contact them. Still have not heard from them. Fortunately Groupon refunded but I won’t ever use them now.
