Robert graduated school at Texas State Technical College in 2001 with a degree in Computer Science. He has been working in all facets of IT for 13+ years for both commercial and residential customers. He holds a CompTIA Network + as well as many other industry certifications. He founded Tru-​Teks to provide professional IT support with a solid customer service oriented foundation.
