Tomas was my realtor for a home sale in South/​Cental Austin, and a true professional throughout the entire entire process. Thanks to his market knowledge, he developed options specific for my home and neighborhood in order to completely prepare the property for a full launch at market listing and then he cracked the whip to make sure everyone, including me, stayed right on track to get all the most important items addressed from a buyer’s perspective. No one has additional time or money when they are preparing to sell a home and Tomas is not fazed by this in the slightest. He keeps the focus on what is possible, what the next steps are to help make that next task happen, and then follows up with everyone involved to make sure everything is right on track or being improved. Our results were dramatic but not surprising, the home sold for full list price in just 3 days on the market and we had both a happy buyer and a happy seller. The target price we told him we wanted 4 months in advance was exactly the price we closed at!
I also specifically want mention that his partnerships with a variety of crucial contractors to prepare a home for sale: carpentry, painting, flooring installation, staging, photography, landscaping, etc., saved significant time and money. All work was done immediately and professionally and at fantastic pricing across the board. When your realtor is telling the contractors exactly what work needs to be done, you’ve got the right realtor. Of course, the home looked better than ever at the closing, and we could not have been happier!

Simply put, Tomas is a real estate rockstar. As a first time home buyer I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a home. Tomas and I spent a number of weekends together as he drove me and showed me so many homes in Austin to «educate» me about the market and home buying. He is extremely diligent and action oriented. He seems to work ²⁴⁄₇. Of course– I found the house I wanted the day before I left on vacation to Costa Rica for 2 weeks. Tomas handled everything– and I mean EVERYTHING on my behalf, so when I got home… I had my house! He has been in the industry for almost 15 years. He knows all the tips and tricks of the trade, which are essential in the crazy market in Austin right now! He puts every effort he has into getting you the home you want. His negotiation skills are truly impressive– he got me thousands of dollars back at closing because of repairs needed on my home. Again– he did this all for me while I had like 0 cell service in CR! The biggest purchase of my life, and I couldn’t even talk or text through it! Tomas just knew what to do and how much money I should get. He has flipped homes, so he knows every potential vendor you would need (inspectors, flooring, AC, roofing, plumbing– you name it!). Tomas is a real estate agent in whom you can place complete and total trust. He’ll be my agent for life!

My wife, daughter and myself just relocated from Houston to Austin. We didn’t really know where to start. We just knew what we wanted, in terms of schools, size of house, etc. I was talking to another realtor that I had found via Google searches.
My wife and I were referred to Tomas by somebody in Houston, and I wasn’t sure at first. But after talking with him for about five minutes, I dumped the realtor I was planning on using and went with Tomas. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in the relocation process.
My wife and I had ideas of where we wanted to live, but had absolutely zero knowledge on the areas. Tomas sat us down, listened to us talk and explained the pros and cons of each area. He gave us exactly what we needed to make an informed decision that would affect our family for years to come. He didn’t push us a certain direction, he simply laid it out there for us… all of it, both good and bad.
Initially, we chose to live in Pfleugerville, so Tomas pulled a bunch of listings that we liked. We were supposed to go up there and check out all the houses, but then at the last minute, we switched gears and wanted to look in Cedar Park instead. He didn’t get frustrated, or at least he didn’t show it, he just said ok and tossed all the hours of work he did right into the garbage bin and said «let’s look in Cedar Park».
Long story short, he got us the house we wanted at a lower price point than the sellers wanted to sell it for. His attitude was great, even though we were probably not the easiest to deal with. He worked his tail off and went the extra mile for my family, and I appreciate it greatly.
You will not regret using him as a realtor.

Tomas is proactive about checking in and was always quick to reply to our inquiries. He really worked around our busy/​complicated schedules, showing us houses and meeting with us outside of typical business hours and on weekends.
He knows the market in Austin exceptionally well and was able to advise us on which areas of town would best fit our needs while giving us good value for our money. Tomas was able to explain all processes to us, and we had some complicated processes that came up during our home search so I am glad that we were working with someone as knowledgeable as Tomas. A less experienced, less educated realtor may have faltered in some of those situations.

Overall, our home buying process was a somewhat longer one. We were in a good situation with our rental and were not in a huge rush to find the perfect place. Additionally, my husband and I were not always on the same page as to what we were looking for. Tomas was patient with us and worked with us to try to figure out what would be the best fit for us. He showed us a lot of properties and was always on the lookout for new listings that might fit our needs. The first house that we found was a bankruptcy listing which we did not get due to a former lien filed on the house. Tomas went above and beyond with the court system contacts and fought for us every step of the way. Tomas picked things right back up after we got that disappointment, and we eventually found a house that is a much better fit and a better value than the previous find.
I highly recommend Tomas and have actually already referred multiple friends looking to buy homes to him.

Can you say SLIMY?
Tomas Corzo of Keller-​Williams was representing the seller of a home that my husband and I were negotiating to purchase.

We were dealing in good faith, but apparently they were not. HE lead us to believe that we were the only ones with whom he was negotiating. And while we were in the home taking one last look and signing a counter offer that he and his client had presented, he was on the phone accepting someone else’s offer.
He justifies it by «getting the best deal for his client». This is someone whose work ethic, professionalism and maturity level are substandard.
We looked into filing a grievance with the state board of licensing for realtors. Apparently it is not illegal, it’s just slimy.
