I have been in the financial services industry for over 35 years having started out in the banking sector of Houston in the late 70’s after earning a Master’s degree from Baylor University. Over the years, I have lived in Houston, Dallas and finally put down permanent roots in 1985 in Austin. I have been involved in virtually every aspect of the mortgage business over my career and can bring a unique and informative perspective on where we are in the industry and how that contrasts to people’s historical perceptions.

A particular strong suit is new construction. I have financed everything from a high rise hotel to 1200 square feet garden homes and virtually everything between. An area where new homeowners can obtain exceptional value is utilizing our renovation products to acquire a property in need of a face lift and make the property their dream home. It can truly be an extension of the homeowner’s personality and tastes! I can show you how to do this and have fun doing it!
