Chef Sheeny’s career began with a strong interest in food and kitchen science. She has been cooking with both traditional and more creative styles from a young age. She enjoys preparing a wide range of dishes of varying styles and ethnic backgrounds. Her specialties include slow-​cooked meats and sauces, as well as fresh, fit meals. Her favorite chefs include Alton Brown and Masaharu Morimoto.
